00:00A man was arrested for raping and molesting his minor, his nephew.

00:06The accused denied the charges.

00:09Here is the news, EJ Gomez.

00:14This 49-year-old man was in jail for raping and molesting his 13-year-old nephew.

00:23He was arrested by the Binangonan Police in Barangay Tandang Kuchotanay, Rizal last Sunday.

00:28He was arrested for the same crime, a 45-year-old rape.

00:32According to the police, last January, a minor was raped by a minor.

00:39This happened when the suspect visited the victim's house in Binangonan.

00:44For a while, the victim fainted.

00:48They filed a complaint against the suspect.

00:52When the suspect found out that he filed a complaint with the police, he hid.

00:58The warrant of arrest was issued by the Binangonan Regional Trial Court on December 18 against the accused, Alias Fonso.

01:05He denied the charges.

01:07What did you do in their house?

01:10Nothing. We have a house there. We just rested. That's all.

01:15This is the first time he committed rape.

01:18Since he's a minor, he's a qualified rape.

01:25He should be held accountable. The court's ruling is no bail.

01:30He's currently in jail in the Binangonan Custodial Facility.
