At CPAC 2025 in Washington, DC, former President Donald Trump criticized US aid to Ukraine, calling it unfair and demanding repayment in rare-earth minerals and oil. Trump blamed previous administrations for excessive spending and insisted that Ukraine should compensate the US for financial support. He also accused Ukrainian President Zelensky of mismanaging funds and rejecting a minerals deal. Trump's remarks at CPAC 2025 fueled ongoing debates over US foreign aid and economic interests, sparking discussions ahead of the upcoming election. His speech reinforced his America First stance on global policies.Trump Speech

00:00:00Thank you very much.
00:00:03And a very special hello to CPAC.
00:00:08It's been a long time.
00:00:10We've loved being back, and it's hotter than ever.
00:00:14This place is packed.
00:00:15You got to see outside.
00:00:17They can't.
00:00:18They don't know what's happening.
00:00:19They have no idea what's happening.
00:00:22And a friend is here from Argentina, and a friend
00:00:26is here from Poland.
00:00:27Stand up.
00:00:29Great job.
00:00:33Great job.
00:00:36Thank you very much.
00:00:38Welcome back to the nation's capital, where
00:00:40our movement is thriving, fighting, winning, and
00:00:43dominating Washington like never before.
00:00:45Nobody has ever seen anything like this before.
00:00:49They used to have a little smaller crowds here.
00:00:52It's a little bigger.
00:00:54The fraudsters, liars, cheaters, globalists, and
00:00:58deep state bureaucrats are being sent packing.
00:01:02The illegal alien criminals are being sent home.
00:01:06We're draining the swamp, and we're restoring
00:01:08government by the people, for the people.
00:01:11For years, Washington was controlled by a sinister
00:01:14group of radical left Marxists, warmongers, and
00:01:19corrupt special interests who drained our wealth,
00:01:21attacked our liberties, obliterated our borders,
00:01:24and sucked our country dry.
00:01:26Not any longer.
00:01:27But on November 5th, we stood up to all the
00:01:35corrupt forces that were destroying America.
00:01:38We took away their power.
00:01:40We took away their confidence.
00:01:42They lost their confidence.
00:01:43You know?
00:01:44Did you ever watch?
00:01:44They lost their confidence.
00:01:46Oh, it's so nice to watch.
00:01:47And we took back our country, and we must be
00:01:53doing something right because we've got the
00:01:55highest poll numbers that I've ever had and that any
00:01:59Republican President has ever had.
00:02:01And our approval rating is now the highest ever
00:02:10across all demographics.
00:02:13Rasmussen just came out at 56 percent.
00:02:16Insider Advantage, 56.
00:02:18RMG Research, 57 percent.
00:02:22And we have many polls in the mid-60s.
00:02:24One at 71 percent.
00:02:26We like that 71.
00:02:28And according to YouGov, a big deal, 70 percent of
00:02:33Americans believe that what we are doing is right
00:02:37and we are keeping our promises.
00:02:39That's all we're doing, when you think, is keeping
00:02:46our promises.
00:02:47That's all we had to do.
00:02:49And their promises weren't worthwhile to go and vote
00:02:52for.
00:02:53They loved men playing in women's sports, open
00:02:56borders, little things like that.
00:02:59But don't tell them.
00:03:01Don't tell them.
00:03:02Keep it quiet.
00:03:05We'll tell them about a week before the next
00:03:07election.
00:03:09Now, keep it quiet.
00:03:10Let them think it's a great thing what they're
00:03:11doing.
00:03:13You saw Maine yesterday, right?
00:03:14The governor of Maine.
00:03:15She's fighting to keep men in women's sports.
00:03:25You ever see what happens to a woman when a woman
00:03:29boxes a man who transitioned to womanhood?
00:03:34Did you ever see what happens?
00:03:35It's not pretty.
00:03:38It's not pretty.
00:03:40Let her do that fight.
00:03:41Let them all do that fight, because I think
00:03:44that's about a 90-10 issue.
00:03:46And I can't figure out who the 10 percent are.
00:03:48Nobody can.
00:03:50So, today, I want to say thank you to all of the
00:03:52incredible patriots of CPAC and all of the
00:03:56incredible patriots in our country.
00:03:58Seventy-seven million, and it's actually much more
00:04:00than that because, despite that, they cheated like
00:04:03hell.
00:04:03It was just too big to rig.
00:04:05It was too big to rig.
00:04:06Seventy-seven million.
00:04:11Remember, you used to go, I said, look, we're
00:04:16leading in the polls by a lot.
00:04:17Don't believe the polls.
00:04:18Just go and vote.
00:04:19You got to vote.
00:04:20We got to make it too big to rig.
00:04:21And they tried, but it was too big to rig.
00:04:24One of the great statements.
00:04:26We love it because everybody went and voted.
00:04:29We fought through hell together, but in the end,
00:04:32we achieved the great liberation of America.
00:04:35We're liberating our country right now.
00:04:37We're doing all these things that you're reading
00:04:39about.
00:04:40We're liberating our country.
00:04:43I first spoke to this gathering 14 years ago,
00:04:47and I won your straw poll.
00:04:49I didn't know anything about a straw poll.
00:04:51They took this big straw poll, and I won by like
00:04:5327 points.
00:04:55And I figured, you know, that's good.
00:04:58Maybe I should keep doing it.
00:04:59And I did, and I became president.
00:05:02Isn't that great?
00:05:04Who would think?
00:05:06Who would think?
00:05:08But he became president, too.
00:05:10He's a MAGA guy, too.
00:05:11Make Argentina great again, right?
00:05:14Make Argentina great again.
00:05:19I kept hearing about this man.
00:05:22I kept hearing about this man in beautiful Argentina,
00:05:25and it is beautiful.
00:05:26But, boy, did it have inflation.
00:05:29Inflation made it less beautiful.
00:05:30I hear you're doing fantastically.
00:05:32We're very proud of you, actually.
00:05:34And make Argentina great again.
00:05:39Thank you very much.
00:05:40Great honor to have you.
00:05:42But now it's my honor to address you for the first
00:05:45time as your 47th President of the United States.
00:05:48Great honor.
00:06:05I want to begin by thanking Matt and
00:06:11Mercedes Schlapp for the incredible job they do and
00:06:15everyone, everyone they put together.
00:06:19They put together an amazing team, the American
00:06:23Conservative Union, for organizing this event.
00:06:26Along, oh, you have some big players here.
00:06:29Senator Ted Cruz, Eric Schmidt, Jim Banks of
00:06:34Indiana.
00:06:36Where's Eric?
00:06:37Where is Eric?
00:06:38Is it?
00:06:40Hello, Eric.
00:06:41You can see Eric anywhere.
00:06:42If he's right in the back of the room, he stands up.
00:06:46They're all good.
00:06:46These are great people.
00:06:47Representatives Riley Moore, James Comer,
00:06:52Harriet Hagerman, Byron Donalds, our great
00:06:58Attorney General.
00:06:59It's going to be great.
00:07:00Pam Bondi.
00:07:01I don't know where she is.
00:07:09So many people, so many people.
00:07:12Secretary Doug Burgum, Secretary Chris Wright.
00:07:16Oh, he's going to get that energy out of the
00:07:18ground.
00:07:19Secretary Scott Turner.
00:07:22Our next ambassador to the United Nations, Elise
00:07:26Stefanik, who just gave a great speech, by the way.
00:07:33A very good friend of mine.
00:07:34Is this guy central casting, though?
00:07:37Tom Homan.
00:07:38Is he central casting?
00:07:39Where is he?
00:07:45Hello, Tom.
00:07:47Are you?
00:07:48Well, I love that.
00:07:48How could I love a guy like that?
00:07:50But I do.
00:07:50He's doing a great job.
00:07:53Thank you, Tom, very much.
00:07:55Thank you, Sharon.
00:07:56Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders.
00:08:03Thank you, Sarah.
00:08:06And Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday.
00:08:09I love that name.
00:08:13We're also honored to be joined by President Duda
00:08:17of Poland, who's a fantastic man and a great
00:08:21friend of mine.
00:08:22And we got 84 percent of the Polish people that
00:08:26voted for us.
00:08:26So you must be doing something right, huh?
00:08:30Hanging out with Trump.
00:08:34And again, President Millet of Argentina.
00:08:37Thank you very much.
00:08:42What a great guy.
00:08:45And the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fitzel.
00:08:50Robert.
00:08:51Thank you, Robert.
00:08:53Nice to see you.
00:08:56The leader of the U.K.
00:08:57Reform Party, who, by the way, did really well in
00:09:00that last election.
00:09:02I've been his friend for a long time, and I wasn't
00:09:04sure, am I supposed to be his friend or not?
00:09:07But it never mattered to me if he did well or not.
00:09:09I always liked him.
00:09:09But it's easier to like him when he got the kind
00:09:12of votes he got.
00:09:13He really took he took it by storm.
00:09:15And they say he's going to do even better this time.
00:09:18Nigel Farage.
00:09:19Where is Nigel?
00:09:20Thank you, Nigel.
00:09:30What a great guy.
00:09:31The leader of Spain's Vox Party, Santiago Obiscal.
00:09:39Thank you, Santiago.
00:09:42Thank you very much.
00:09:44I thought that was you.
00:09:45Thank you very much.
00:09:46Great job you're doing.
00:09:48And a friend of mine, Eduardo Bolsonaro of
00:09:52Brazil, the Chamber of Deputies.
00:09:59Say hello to your father.
00:09:59Thank you very much.
00:10:01Great family.
00:10:02Great gentleman and your great family.
00:10:05And our great First Lady, Melania, is watching us
00:10:08right now on television.
00:10:10So give her a hand.
00:10:11Give her a hand.
00:10:24Oh, she's going to be happy.
00:10:27That's so nice.
00:10:29We love our First Lady.
00:10:31Everybody does.
00:10:32With the help of so many incredible supporters here
00:10:34today, we're going to forge a new and lasting
00:10:38political majority that will drive American
00:10:41politics for generations to come.
00:10:43I think we're going to do fantastically well in the
00:10:45midterms.
00:10:46You know, in theory, the one that wins the
00:10:48presidency does not do well in the midterms.
00:10:51But I think this is going to be a change.
00:10:53We're at a level.
00:10:55I don't think we've been at this level maybe ever as
00:10:57the Republican Party.
00:10:58We're a bigger, better, stronger party than ever
00:11:01before.
00:11:02More people in our party than ever before.
00:11:06But the people have given us a resounding mandate
00:11:09for dramatic change in Washington, and we are
00:11:12going to deliver it.
00:11:13We're going to use it, and we're going to make
00:11:15America great again by using it.
00:11:17So it's going to be something.
00:11:19But think of it.
00:11:20At the presidential level, we won the popular vote by
00:11:23millions and millions of votes.
00:11:26We swept all seven swing states, Michigan,
00:11:29Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia,
00:11:33Arizona, Nevada, all by great margins.
00:11:38We won 85 percent of all of the counties in
00:11:41America.
00:11:42That means that map was red.
00:11:44Did you ever see the map?
00:11:45Did you see the certified map?
00:11:46Where is it?
00:11:48I want to see a certified map.
00:11:52It's all red.
00:11:54You can hardly find the blue.
00:11:55Think of this.
00:11:56They won 525 counties, and we won 2,600 counties.
00:12:03It's the biggest margin ever recorded.
00:12:09And incredibly, for the first time ever, all 50
00:12:12states shifted toward the Republican Party.
00:12:14It's never happened before.
00:12:19So it was, indeed, too big to rig.
00:12:22We won the largest number of African American votes
00:12:26in Republican history, by far.
00:12:30We won the largest number of Hispanic American
00:12:33votes.
00:12:33Any Republican ever is Hispanic Americans.
00:12:36We love you.
00:12:37The energy, the brilliance of Hispanic
00:12:40Americans.
00:12:42We won all of the cities and towns along the Texas
00:12:45border, whereas before I ran, we won none.
00:12:48We never used to win any.
00:12:49I got a call from our great governor of Texas
00:12:53who said, President, you just won every single town
00:12:59along the Texas border to Mexico.
00:13:03I said, oh, is that good?
00:13:04He said, it hasn't happened since
00:13:07Reconstruction.
00:13:08I said, define Reconstruction for me.
00:13:10He said, that means essentially the Civil War.
00:13:13That's a long time.
00:13:16But that was when I first heard about it, actually.
00:13:19Our party has become the proud voice of hardworking
00:13:22citizens of every race, religion, color, and creed.
00:13:25And I think one of the main reasons, not that
00:13:31we're conservative or not that we're anything else,
00:13:34we are the party of common sense.
00:13:36It's about common sense, right?
00:13:38It's all about common sense.
00:13:41Over the past month, we've confirmed an all-star team
00:13:44of warriors, patriots, visionaries, and put the
00:13:48America First agenda into action.
00:13:50I see Doug Burgum sitting right over there.
00:13:52I tell you, he was so good.
00:13:53I looked at him.
00:13:54I said, I got to have him here.
00:13:56I got to have him.
00:13:57He's, you know, he was a great he was a great
00:13:59governor.
00:14:00He's involved with a little thing called
00:14:02energy.
00:14:02He's got the Department of Interior.
00:14:05And Chris Wright has the Department of Energy.
00:14:09So Chris has no energy and Doug has all of the
00:14:12energy.
00:14:13Chris has more interior, but he doesn't have.
00:14:15So I merged them.
00:14:16So now you have an energy guy and you have the guy
00:14:19with all the energy and you're going to drill
00:14:22baby drill, aren't you?
00:14:23Huh?
00:14:24Drill, baby, drill.
00:14:26And Catherine, stand up.
00:14:32His wife is incredible.
00:14:34She is such an incredible woman.
00:14:36Credible woman.
00:14:38You got very lucky, Doug.
00:14:39It's good to be successful, isn't it?
00:14:43That she's an incredible woman.
00:14:49He's an incredible guy.
00:14:50In addition to the great cabinet secretaries we
00:14:54have here today, we confirm Secretary of
00:14:56Defense Pete Hicks said to end the woke insanity
00:15:00and rebuild our military.
00:15:04Peter's fantastic.
00:15:08To stop the weaponization of federal law
00:15:10enforcement.
00:15:11I know about that, I think, better than any
00:15:12human being on Earth.
00:15:14This week, we swore in a new director of the FBI,
00:15:18somebody that everybody wanted, Cash Patel.
00:15:21Cash is great.
00:15:27He's a popular guy who went through.
00:15:38He went through with a blessing of a lot of good
00:15:40people, too.
00:15:40I'll tell you, it was great to end the
00:15:44politicalization of our intelligence agencies.
00:15:48We confirmed Director of National Intelligence
00:15:51Tulsi Gabbard, who is something very respected,
00:15:56highly respected.
00:15:58And to make America healthy again, we
00:16:00confirmed Secretary of Health and Human
00:16:03Services Robert F.
00:16:04Kennedy, Jr.
00:16:13Great guy.
00:16:15We need him.
00:16:19We need him.
00:16:19You know, there's a number on autism, as an
00:16:21example, with children, autism.
00:16:24And you go back 15 years, it was from 10 to 20,000.
00:16:30You had, like, one in 10 to 20,000.
00:16:35Some say 10, some say 20, but it was in that
00:16:38vicinity.
00:16:39That's a big vicinity.
00:16:41Now it's one in 36 babies have autism.
00:16:47One in 36.
00:16:48Think of it.
00:16:49It was one in probably 20,000 people.
00:16:52Now it's one in 36.
00:16:55There's something wrong.
00:16:57Something's wrong.
00:16:58And Bobby is going to find it.
00:17:01Working with Dr. Oz, by the way, working with
00:17:04Dr. Oz.
00:17:05Together, we've achieved more in four weeks than
00:17:13most administrations achieve in four years.
00:17:15We made we made a lot of progress.
00:17:17I heard O'Reilly last night say Donald Trump for
00:17:20the first four weeks is the greatest president
00:17:23ever in the history of our country.
00:17:25That was O'Reilly Bill O'Reilly.
00:17:29He's all right.
00:17:32You know, he said second was George Washington.
00:17:35That's not bad.
00:17:37I beat George Washington.
00:17:38I love beating George Washington.
00:17:41Thank you, Bill.
00:17:43On our first day in office, we declared a
00:17:45national emergency at our southern border after
00:17:48years of politicians using our military to
00:17:51defend foreign borders while leaving our country
00:17:54defenseless, helpless.
00:17:56We deployed we deployed a group of people, active
00:18:00duty troops to defend our border and repel the
00:18:03invasion of our country.
00:18:05This was an invasion.
00:18:07You know, we had a great first term, a really great
00:18:09first term, and I called it an invasion.
00:18:12And we had great numbers.
00:18:13But now we have the best numbers we've ever had.
00:18:15We've never had numbers like this.
00:18:17We've done it all in four weeks.
00:18:19Think of it.
00:18:20That was Tom Holman, Kristi Noem, the whole group.
00:18:24On day one, I ended the catch and release.
00:18:26I reinstated remain in Mexico when I signed an
00:18:29order that will end birthright citizenship for
00:18:33the children of illegal aliens.
00:18:34Because it wasn't meant for these children.
00:18:42It wasn't meant for people that escaped or invaded,
00:18:46came into our country illegally.
00:18:48It was meant for the children of slaves, because
00:18:52when it was done many, many years ago, it was
00:18:56during a very tough period in this country's history.
00:19:00And that was meant for the children of slaves.
00:19:03I wish people would understand that so they
00:19:05could get this thing approved.
00:19:07And we don't have millions and millions of people
00:19:10coming into our country, and they shouldn't be here.
00:19:13This week, I also canceled temporary protected status
00:19:18for migrants from Haiti.
00:19:22They're pouring into our country, pouring in.
00:19:24If I weren't elected President, there'd be
00:19:30nobody in Haiti anymore.
00:19:32They were pouring in at levels from other
00:19:34countries, too, all over Africa, the Congo, all
00:19:38over South America.
00:19:41And they were coming in from prisons and mental
00:19:44institutions and insane asylums, jails, and gang
00:19:48members.
00:19:49And you have to see gang members, drug lords,
00:19:54people that are drug-addicted.
00:19:55They were sending them all into our ridiculous and
00:19:59very stupid Biden open border.
00:20:02Our border czar was Kamala.
00:20:04Haven't said that name in a while.
00:20:06I haven't said that name.
00:20:09No, I haven't said that name in a while.
00:20:12Kamala.
00:20:12I'll bet nobody knows her last name.
00:20:16Nobody ever knows her last name.
00:20:19Even during the campaign, you'd have to say Kamala.
00:20:21It's strange, you know, a little different name.
00:20:24Kamala, because the last name was Harris.
00:20:28I used to say Senator Harris.
00:20:31They'd nobody knew who the hell I was talking about.
00:20:33So I had to go Kamala.
00:20:36But think of it.
00:20:37I was beating Joe badly, really badly.
00:20:41And they changed him.
00:20:41I'm the only one that ever had to beat two people.
00:20:44I had to be to be to be to we.
00:20:50I didn't beat you.
00:20:51Beat you.
00:20:52Beat two people.
00:20:55No, he was doing better.
00:20:56That's like the great Dana White.
00:20:58He has a fight and one guy is doing really badly.
00:21:00So when they take him out, they put another guy in
00:21:02the fight.
00:21:03I had that never happened before.
00:21:08A lot of things we do never happened before.
00:21:10Do you ever notice that we've the first and
00:21:12everything.
00:21:13So we beat two candidates.
00:21:15They said, who do you run against?
00:21:16We ran against Biden and we ran against Kamala Harris.
00:21:21But illegal border crossings now have
00:21:23plummeted by almost 100 percent.
00:21:25The borders are never called the border, never
00:21:28called the great people of the border.
00:21:30They have unbelievable.
00:21:32I called them so much they couldn't take my
00:21:33calls.
00:21:34They hated me.
00:21:36But then they became to love me.
00:21:37You know why?
00:21:37Because the border people want to have great
00:21:39borders.
00:21:40But you have to call them on occasion.
00:21:42How are we doing today, Pete?
00:21:45How are we doing?
00:21:46You have to call.
00:21:48And we called the right guys.
00:21:49I became friends.
00:21:50You know, the Border Patrol endorsed me.
00:21:53And these these people, you have no idea.
00:21:55There weren't supposed to because you're not
00:21:57supposed to do that.
00:21:59I don't think you're allowed to do it.
00:22:00Actually, they did it anyway.
00:22:01They said, this is this is crazy.
00:22:04But these are great people.
00:22:05And ice and our general law enforcement.
00:22:09And by the way, our great, great firemen and
00:22:12firewomen, too.
00:22:13They were great.
00:22:20They all endorsed us with the police.
00:22:22We got high 90s in terms of and many of them were
00:22:26unionized.
00:22:26You know, we have a young lady who's right now
00:22:31going for the Department of Labor.
00:22:34And she tends to be a little bit a little bit on
00:22:37the slightly left of center.
00:22:41And everybody said, why did I do that?
00:22:42I said, you know, I did that because unions like
00:22:46her and labor likes her and a lot of people like
00:22:48her.
00:22:49And she's very solid, very strong.
00:22:50She's going to do the right thing.
00:22:52But they all voted for us.
00:22:54They didn't vote for me.
00:22:54They voted for us.
00:22:56We got the teamsters.
00:22:57We got the firefighters.
00:22:58We got the police.
00:22:59We got the autoworkers.
00:23:01We're so great.
00:23:02We had tremendous support.
00:23:04So I think it's nice to give them a person in the
00:23:08center because that's what she is.
00:23:10She's going to be very good, I think.
00:23:11But a lot of people say, why do you do that?
00:23:14I said, because I want to do something nice for
00:23:16these people that voted for me.
00:23:18Oh, gee, what a great political move that was.
00:23:21Now they're all say, what a great political move.
00:23:23No, it's just it's all common sense.
00:23:25Remember that?
00:23:27Remember that?
00:23:28Sean O'Brien was fantastic.
00:23:30The whole group, they were great.
00:23:32Over the past few weeks, we've begun the largest
00:23:35deportation operation in American history.
00:23:37Larger even than that of President Dwight D.
00:23:40Eisenhower, a very moderate man.
00:23:42But he was very strong on that.
00:23:44He didn't like people running into our country
00:23:47and taking over our country.
00:23:49I'll tell you, I had four years.
00:23:50I don't know if you had this.
00:23:51I couldn't stand it.
00:23:52Don't get angry.
00:23:56Donald, don't get angry, please.
00:23:59I couldn't stand it.
00:24:02Watching these people come in from jails and mental
00:24:06institutions and and the worst criminals in the
00:24:09street, gang members being dropped off in buses and
00:24:13bust into our country.
00:24:14I couldn't stand it.
00:24:17So I said, I'm going to run for president again.
00:24:21And now we don't have that problem.
00:24:24Now we don't have that problem anymore.
00:24:27We don't have that problem anymore.
00:24:36We now have the best border we've ever had.
00:24:39And by the way, if they can ever find my world's
00:24:41favorite chart ever in history, I'll show you
00:24:44what it was when I left.
00:24:47And now it's even slightly better.
00:24:49Can you drop that chart?
00:24:50You think?
00:24:51I don't know.
00:24:51I never tell them about this, but they used to
00:24:54drop it like magic.
00:24:55If they can, they'll drop it.
00:24:56Who the hell knows?
00:24:57But it's my favorite chart, my favorite chart
00:25:00in history.
00:25:02We're liberating communities like Aurora,
00:25:04Colorado and Springfield, Ohio, that have been
00:25:10occupied by illegal alien criminals from all over
00:25:13the world.
00:25:14We're rescuing the Americans whose jobs have
00:25:17been stolen, whose wages have been robbed, and
00:25:21whose way of life has been absolutely destroyed.
00:25:25And under the Trump administration, our
00:25:27country will not be turned into a dumping
00:25:29ground.
00:25:30We're not going to do it.
00:25:31We're going to have a great country again.
00:25:32It's going to happen soon, a lot sooner than you
00:25:35think.
00:25:35And we're going to have so much money coming in
00:25:37from tariffs.
00:25:38Oh, you're going to say your senators and your
00:25:42congressmen are going to say, please, sir, please.
00:25:46You're making us look so bad.
00:25:47We have so much money coming in.
00:25:49I didn't know this was going to happen.
00:25:51Please don't do this to us.
00:25:52We look very bad.
00:25:55But they're great.
00:25:56They're doing well.
00:25:56I'll tell you, the Republican senators, just
00:25:59they're sticking together.
00:26:00The Republicans, the Republican congressmen and
00:26:03women are sticking together.
00:26:06Every once in a while, you have one that wants a
00:26:08little action or something.
00:26:10I don't know what it is.
00:26:12It's so sad to see.
00:26:13I just hate to see it.
00:26:15I hate to see it.
00:26:16But they're sticking together.
00:26:18One thing about the Democrats, they have
00:26:20rotten, horrible policy, the worst policy in
00:26:24history, but they stick together.
00:26:27We have great policy, but sometimes they don't
00:26:29stick.
00:26:29But they've been sticking for us.
00:26:30They've been sticking.
00:26:32And I think the Speaker and the leader have done
00:26:34a fantastic job.
00:26:36That's Thune and Johnson.
00:26:38And I think they've done two guys really working
00:26:41hard and doing it.
00:26:43They're really doing a great job.
00:26:44But we have a lot to stick with.
00:26:47We have a lot to stick together for because what
00:26:49we've done has never been done before.
00:26:51Nobody's ever seen anything like this.
00:26:52And nobody's ever seen four weeks like we've had,
00:26:56especially the four weeks, the first four
00:26:58weeks.
00:26:59You know, that's like if you golf, when you sink
00:27:01that first four footer in the first hole, it gives
00:27:04you confidence on the next.
00:27:06So you sink another one.
00:27:07Now you go into that third hole and you can't.
00:27:09And by the time you get to the fifth hole, you
00:27:11feel you can't miss.
00:27:12Right?
00:27:12Like a baseball player.
00:27:13He gets up and he hits our first one.
00:27:15And then the second that baddie hits that one.
00:27:19And, you know, you get and we have great
00:27:21confidence and they've lost their confidence.
00:27:23As I said, they really lost their confidence.
00:27:25I watched them.
00:27:25They're really screwed up.
00:27:26I watched this MSNBC, which is a threat to
00:27:29democracy.
00:27:30Actually, there's there's stone cold, but they're
00:27:34stuttering.
00:27:36They're all screwed up.
00:27:37They're all mentally screwed up.
00:27:38They don't know what their ratings have gone
00:27:40down the tubes.
00:27:41I don't even talk about CNN.
00:27:42CNN sort of like that.
00:27:45I don't know that they're pathetic, actually.
00:27:48But MSNBC was mean.
00:27:49Their ratings are absolutely down this
00:27:51Rachel Maddow.
00:27:52What does she have?
00:27:53She's got nothing, nothing.
00:27:56She took she took a sabbatical where she
00:27:59worked one day a week.
00:28:00They paid her a lot of money.
00:28:01She gets no ratings.
00:28:03I should go against her in the ratings because I'll
00:28:06tell you, she gets no rest.
00:28:08All she does is to talk about Trump, Trump,
00:28:10Trump, Trump, Trump.
00:28:12All different subjects.
00:28:13Trump this, Trump that.
00:28:14But these people are really I mean, they lie.
00:28:18They shouldn't be allowed to lie every night.
00:28:21They are really a vehicle of the Democrat Party.
00:28:24They should be paying.
00:28:27Is that Gordon?
00:28:28Yes.
00:28:28Is that going to great Gordon Chang?
00:28:30Is that good?
00:28:31Stand up.
00:28:31Gordon.
00:28:32Wow.
00:28:34We have everybody here today.
00:28:40Thank you very much.
00:28:41How am I doing on China?
00:28:43Am I doing good?
00:28:45Am I doing good on China?
00:28:47Tell you one thing.
00:28:48Nobody's ever done like I've done on China.
00:28:50Nobody ever let people know what was happening
00:28:53with respect to China.
00:28:54And I happen to like President Xi and I have
00:28:58tremendous respect for the people of China.
00:29:00Love the people of China.
00:29:02But we've been treated very unfairly by China
00:29:06and many other countries.
00:29:08And we're not being fairly treated anymore.
00:29:11We had that down to a science in the first term.
00:29:15And then they lost it.
00:29:16You know, we lost over a trillion dollars to China
00:29:19this last year under Biden.
00:29:20Crooked Joe Biden.
00:29:22What do we like better?
00:29:22Crooked Joe or Sleepy Joe?
00:29:25Ready?
00:29:26Ready?
00:29:27Crooked Joe or Sleepy?
00:29:28Ready?
00:29:29Crooked Joe.
00:29:35Sleepy Joe.
00:29:39Got to stay with Crooked.
00:29:42He had one ability that I didn't have.
00:29:45He could do something that I couldn't do.
00:29:47I don't say that because he was a horrible golfer.
00:29:49Remember he challenged me during the debate to a golf mat?
00:29:52He said, I'm a six handicap.
00:29:53I said, you're not a 36 handicap.
00:29:57He said he's a six.
00:29:58And then he said, well, I'm eight.
00:30:00Remember?
00:30:00I said, that was quick.
00:30:01Picked up two strokes.
00:30:02He said, no, I'm an eight.
00:30:06But he's not a 36 handicap.
00:30:08But he had one ability that was amazing.
00:30:10He could go with cameras on him, television,
00:30:13fake news on him, probably because he knows
00:30:15they wouldn't cover it badly.
00:30:16You know, they covered him as well as you can cover him.
00:30:18How the hell can you cover the guy well?
00:30:20But he had this incredible ability.
00:30:23He could barely walk in the sand.
00:30:25Somebody thought he looked great in a bathing suit.
00:30:30And he'd walk in the sand pulling a thing that
00:30:32weighed about six ounces.
00:30:33You know those aluminum?
00:30:35See, aluminum is very good.
00:30:37A child, it's meant for children and very old
00:30:40people to lift, right?
00:30:42So he would put it down, and he'd put it down, and
00:30:46he'd fall into it, and he'd immediately fall
00:30:48asleep in front of the media.
00:30:50I could never do that.
00:30:50That's the only thing.
00:30:52That's the only thing.
00:30:53I could never do it.
00:30:54No, he was sleepy Joe, but he was crooked as hell.
00:30:58You know, there's no question.
00:31:00He was a sleepy, crooked guy.
00:31:02Terrible, terrible president.
00:31:06He was the worst president in the history of our
00:31:12country.
00:31:12I don't care.
00:31:13I'll say it.
00:31:16Jimmy Carter passed away recently, and he passed
00:31:18away a happy man.
00:31:20He was a happy man when he passed away because he
00:31:24said that it's not even close.
00:31:28Joe was the worst.
00:31:29And believe me, I have to clean up the mess.
00:31:31I'm cleaning up the mess, and it is a mess on the
00:31:34border with inflation could go over every single
00:31:38thing.
00:31:38He touched turned to shit.
00:31:40Okay, everything is true.
00:31:55It's true.
00:31:57That's true.
00:31:58Now, Franklin Graham's angry at me.
00:32:02You know that Franklin wrote me a letter.
00:32:03He said, I love your speeches.
00:32:05I love them.
00:32:06I love them so much, but they'd be better if you
00:32:09would never use foul language.
00:32:12And I told him, I said, Franklin, you know,
00:32:14Franklin Graham's a great guy, by the way, does a
00:32:16great job.
00:32:17The son of the great Billy Graham, right?
00:32:20But I said to Franklin, you know, sometimes you
00:32:23need it for emphasis.
00:32:26And he said, No, no, they'd be even better if
00:32:29you wouldn't use any bad language.
00:32:31That's not really a terrible word, you know,
00:32:33but that's a much more appropriate word.
00:32:35A better.
00:32:35What word would I use to describe what word could I
00:32:40use?
00:32:41It's so and we have to be truthful, too.
00:32:43So, you know, all countries are now taking
00:32:49their illegal aliens back.
00:32:50Even those that stated strongly, we will never
00:32:53take them back.
00:32:54Don't ever send them to us.
00:32:57But they said that during the Biden
00:32:58administration, they never said it during my
00:33:01administration.
00:33:01Venezuela's taken him back.
00:33:03They're all Columbia's taken him back.
00:33:05Remember, Columbia said, We will not.
00:33:08We will not take them back, he said.
00:33:11And within about 13 minutes, I think we would
00:33:15love to take them back.
00:33:16In fact, we will send our planes to pick them up.
00:33:18Remember?
00:33:19And they said, What happened?
00:33:24What happened?
00:33:27And you see these Venezuelan planes loaded
00:33:29up with some real nice people.
00:33:31You wouldn't have wanted to be the pilot on any of
00:33:34those.
00:33:35But they know we're not playing games.
00:33:38And just this week, I officially designated
00:33:41bloodthirsty cartels and murderous gangs as
00:33:43foreign terrorist organizations, something
00:33:46which Biden didn't want to do and nobody wanted to
00:33:49do.
00:33:50It's true.
00:33:51The full might and power of the federal government
00:33:55now be dedicated to eradicating Ms.
00:33:59Thirteen Trendy Aragua.
00:34:02That's the Venezuelan prison gangs.
00:34:04He's a very nice fellows.
00:34:05The only thing good about them is they make our
00:34:07criminals look like nice people.
00:34:09It's true.
00:34:10Remember when they used to say people that come in
00:34:13from foreign countries are nice people.
00:34:16These are wonderful people.
00:34:18These are good people.
00:34:19They're not murderers.
00:34:21They're not terrible there.
00:34:23These people make us look like babies.
00:34:25Okay.
00:34:26You know the Hells Angels.
00:34:28They're among the nicest people on Earth when you
00:34:30compare them to these thugs.
00:34:33And the Hells Angels actually love our country,
00:34:35if you can believe that.
00:34:36They actually do.
00:34:36But their members and their leaders in the
00:34:43United States will be hunted down.
00:34:46I'm talking about Ms.
00:34:47Thirteen.
00:34:48They're hunting them down.
00:34:49We removed tens of thousands, Ms.
00:34:53Thirteen, Trendy Aragua, rooted out, arrested, and
00:34:57expelled from our soil like the savage monsters
00:35:01that they are.
00:35:03We don't have anybody coming up from Argentina.
00:35:06Nobody's coming up from Argentina to facilitate
00:35:10the mass removal of criminal aliens.
00:35:12I also issued an executive order to make
00:35:15available the full capacity in detention.
00:35:18We're going to use Guantanamo Bay.
00:35:20We have a detention facility that's actually
00:35:22massive.
00:35:23Nobody even knew it existed.
00:35:25Holds thousands of thousands of prisoners.
00:35:28We never used it.
00:35:29For four long years, you had a president who put
00:35:32illegal aliens up in penthouse suites and
00:35:34beautiful hotels on Park Avenue, on Madison Avenue,
00:35:38on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
00:35:41Now you have a president who is stamping their
00:35:43ticket to Gitmo on a one-way trip back to the
00:35:47places from which they came.
00:35:49Wonderful places.
00:35:52Big difference.
00:35:53My administration is also moving swiftly to save the
00:35:57U.S.
00:35:57economy from the train wreck of inflation and
00:36:01worse that Joe Biden created.
00:36:03I withdrew from the one-sided Paris Climate
00:36:07Accord.
00:36:08It was a disaster.
00:36:08That was a disaster.
00:36:12I terminated the Green New Scam, one of the
00:36:18greatest hoaxes ever played on this country is
00:36:20the Green New Scam.
00:36:21We spent trillions of dollars on this nonsense
00:36:25and just a total hoax.
00:36:29It really set back our country, I want to tell
00:36:31you, monetarily and every other way.
00:36:33And I canceled Joe Biden's insane electric vehicle
00:36:37mandate, where everybody has to have an electric
00:36:39car.
00:36:40And if you want an electric car, get an
00:36:43electric car.
00:36:44If you want a gasoline-powered car, if
00:36:46you want to have a hybrid, you get it.
00:36:49The only thing you can't do is a hydrogen-powered
00:36:54car.
00:36:54You know why?
00:36:55They said it really works great, but when it
00:36:57doesn't work, you never find the body.
00:37:00It's a bad — that's a bad sign.
00:37:02You know, when it doesn't work, they found the body
00:37:05on a tree about 250 yards up the road.
00:37:08It's seriously bad.
00:37:10So we'll leave hydrogen out of it for a little
00:37:12while, I think, or maybe permanently.
00:37:14I'd say permanently.
00:37:16To crush inflation by slashing spending, I
00:37:19imposed an immediate federal hiring freeze, a
00:37:21federal regulation freeze, and a foreign aid
00:37:25freeze.
00:37:26We're giving to countries that hate us.
00:37:29We're giving billions and billions of dollars to
00:37:32countries that hate us.
00:37:33And I signed an order creating the Department
00:37:36of Government Efficiency — you probably haven't
00:37:39heard of it — which is now waging war on
00:37:41government waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:37:44And Elon is doing a great job.
00:37:48He's doing a great job.
00:37:49We love Elon, don't we?
00:37:56He's that guy — he's that character.
00:37:59With his — with his son, X.
00:38:02We love X.
00:38:04He's the only one can get away — his son's really
00:38:07named X — he's the only one can get away with
00:38:10naming his son X.
00:38:12We haven't did it this age.
00:38:14You're crazy.
00:38:16But he's great.
00:38:16He's doing a great job.
00:38:18And he doesn't need this either.
00:38:20He doesn't need it.
00:38:21But he's — he wants to see — you know, he's a
00:38:23patriot.
00:38:23People said, Well, what official position does he
00:38:26have?
00:38:27I said, Patriot.
00:38:28Ooh.
00:38:28They didn't know.
00:38:29They said, That was good.
00:38:31He's a patriot.
00:38:33Here are some of the flagrant scams that, as
00:38:36an example, they've spent money on, and we've been
00:38:39able to recapture for a large dose of it, at
00:38:42least.
00:38:42Five hundred and twenty million dollars for a
00:38:45consultant to — this guy's got five hundred and
00:38:47twenty million dollars.
00:38:50Five hundred and twenty million.
00:38:51You know, when I hire consultants and they just
00:38:54take advantage of me, it's a horrible thing to
00:38:56watch.
00:38:57And I give them $25,000.
00:38:58I feel I'm overpaying.
00:38:59These guys got $520 million.
00:39:02Environmental, social, governance, and
00:39:06investments in Africa.
00:39:08Twenty-five million dollars to promote
00:39:10biodiversity, conservation, and
00:39:12socially responsible behavior in Columbia.
00:39:17This is Columbia, South America, not Columbia
00:39:19University.
00:39:20Of course, that might be worse, actually, based on
00:39:23their actions.
00:39:25Forty million dollars to improve the social and
00:39:27economic inclusion of sedentary migrants.
00:39:31Nobody knows where — who are they?
00:39:34Where do they come from?
00:39:35Just sedentary migrants.
00:39:37Nobody even knows what a sedentary migrant is.
00:39:39If they were sedentary, they wouldn't be a
00:39:42migrant, right?
00:39:43They wouldn't move.
00:39:46No, they wouldn't move.
00:39:48They'd stay in the same place.
00:39:50Right, Doug?
00:39:52Forty-two million dollars for social and behavior
00:39:55change in Uganda.
00:39:58Ten million dollars for Mozambique medical male
00:40:02circumcisions.
00:40:04Why are we going to Mozambique to do
00:40:07circumcisions?
00:40:09It's a lot of money.
00:40:10Fourteen million dollars for improving public
00:40:12procurement in Serbia.
00:40:15Here's a beauty.
00:40:15Four hundred and eighty-six million dollars
00:40:18to a consortium of elections and political
00:40:21process-strengthening ideas, of which 22
00:40:25million dollars goes to inclusive and
00:40:28participatory political process in Moldova.
00:40:33Twenty-nine million dollars goes to
00:40:34strengthen the political landscape and help them
00:40:38out so that they can vote for a radical left
00:40:41communist in Bangladesh.
00:40:44You had to see who they supported.
00:40:45You wouldn't believe it.
00:40:46Yeah, you would believe it.
00:40:48Nobody in this room would be in that group.
00:40:50Twenty million dollars for fiscal federalism.
00:40:54And 19 million dollars for biodiversity in Nepal.
00:40:59Forty-seven million dollars for improving
00:41:01learning outcomes in Asia.
00:41:04Eighteen million dollars for helping India with
00:41:09its elections.
00:41:10Why the hell?
00:41:11Why don't we just go to all paper ballots, let
00:41:13them help us with their elections, right?
00:41:17Voter ID.
00:41:20Wouldn't that be nice?
00:41:21We're giving money to India for elections.
00:41:23They don't need money.
00:41:23They take advantage of us pretty good.
00:41:26The highest — one of the highest-tariffed
00:41:28nations in the world.
00:41:29We try and sell something.
00:41:30They have a 200 percent tariff.
00:41:32And then we're giving them a lot of money to
00:41:34help them with their election.
00:41:35Thirty-two million dollars for the Prague Civil
00:41:38Society Center.
00:41:40Fourteen million dollars for social cohesion in
00:41:45Liberia.
00:41:46Nine-point-seven million dollars to develop a
00:41:48cohort Cambodian youth with enterprise-driven
00:41:51skills.
00:41:52Think of that.
00:41:53Millions of dollars for sex change operations in
00:41:56Guatemala.
00:41:57Twenty million dollars for Sesame Street in Iraq.
00:42:00They put on a little play on the street.
00:42:05Twenty million dollars.
00:42:06You could do it on Broadway and have 19
00:42:09million dollars left over.
00:42:11No, it's a scam.
00:42:14They get kickbacks and all sorts of things.
00:42:16It's a scam.
00:42:17Whoever heard of it?
00:42:18Think of it.
00:42:19Twenty million dollars.
00:42:20Sesame Street, a play.
00:42:23We're also uncovering outrageous incompetence
00:42:25and fraud in the Social Security.
00:42:28We have — look, let's assume that people,
00:42:31generally speaking — in our case, and everybody in
00:42:34this room, we're going to all live way over 100.
00:42:37But this is a little ridiculous because not too
00:42:39many people are going over 100.
00:42:41Everybody, hopefully, in this room will.
00:42:43But there are in the Social Security ranks and
00:42:46files.
00:42:47And what we're doing now is finding out, do they
00:42:50get paid?
00:42:52Do they get paid?
00:42:54In other words, is somebody taking all of
00:42:55this money?
00:42:56So, they have over 100 to 109 — 4.7 million
00:43:02Social Security numbers.
00:43:03Think of that.
00:43:04From people whose age is over 100.
00:43:083.6 million people whose age is over 110 years.
00:43:163.47 million people who are over 120 years of age.
00:43:213.9 million people whose age goes from 130 to
00:43:27139 years of age.
00:43:303.5 million whose age goes from 140 to 149 years
00:43:37old.
00:43:381.3 — see, it's coming down now, slowly.
00:43:40No, it's all a scam.
00:43:43The whole thing is a scam.
00:43:471.3 million people — 1.3 — who are over
00:43:51150 years of age.
00:43:54And over 130,000 people are listed on our Social
00:43:58Security rolls as over 160 years of age.
00:44:04Now, the final is at 1,039.
00:44:07So, now we're down into reasonable numbers.
00:44:101,039 people are listed between the ages of 220
00:44:17years old to 229.
00:44:21And we have one person who's listed at 241 years
00:44:25of age.
00:44:27And we have one person listed at 360 years of
00:44:33age — an all-time record — and our country is
00:44:36250 years old.
00:44:40So, that person is substantially older than
00:44:42our country.
00:44:46Under our administration, there will be no
00:44:48tolerance for Social Security fraud.
00:44:51We will not allow anyone to cheat our seniors.
00:44:54And those who will do that will be prosecuted by
00:44:58Pam, Bondi, and others.
00:45:00We are also going to Fort Knox.
00:45:05I'm going to go with Elon.
00:45:06And would anybody like to join us?
00:45:16Because we want to see if the gold is still there.
00:45:18We want to see.
00:45:20Wouldn't that be terrible if we open up this Fort
00:45:22Knox?
00:45:23It's got — it's just solid granite that's five
00:45:26feet thick.
00:45:27The front door, you need six musclemen to open it
00:45:30up.
00:45:31I don't even think they have windows.
00:45:34Wouldn't that be terrible if we opened it up and
00:45:36there was no gold there?
00:45:38So, we're going to open those doors.
00:45:40We're going to take a look.
00:45:41And if there's 27 tons of gold, we'll be very
00:45:43happy.
00:45:44I don't know how the hell we're going to measure
00:45:45it, but that's okay.
00:45:47We want to see lots of nice, beautiful, shiny
00:45:49gold in Fort Knox.
00:45:51Don't be totally surprised.
00:45:53We open the door, we'll say, there's nothing
00:45:54here.
00:45:55They stole this, too.
00:45:58Now, we have a very corrupt group of people in
00:46:00this country, and we're finding them out.
00:46:03We're removing all of the unnecessary, incompetent,
00:46:06and corrupt bureaucrats from the federal
00:46:08workforce.
00:46:09That's what we're doing.
00:46:11And under the buyouts, we offered federal
00:46:14employees more than 75,000.
00:46:17Federal bureaucrats, think of that, have
00:46:19voluntarily agreed to surrender their taxpayer
00:46:22funded jobs.
00:46:23We want to make government smaller, more efficient.
00:46:25We want to keep the best people, and we're not
00:46:28going to keep the worst people.
00:46:31And, you know, we're doing another thing.
00:46:32If they don't report for work, we're firing them.
00:46:35In other words, you have to go to office.
00:46:37Right?
00:46:37Right?
00:46:38Look at her.
00:46:41If you don't report to work, you know, that's
00:46:43another scam.
00:46:45You know, who the hell — if I'm staying home, I'm
00:46:49going to — let's see, my golf handicap would get
00:46:51down to a very low number.
00:46:53You'd be shocked if I told you the real number.
00:46:56But I would be so good — I'd try and get on tour.
00:46:59I'd get — I would be so good.
00:47:03I'd call up.
00:47:03I'd say, listen, I'm really working here.
00:47:06Where are my clubs?
00:47:07Where are my clubs?
00:47:08Either that or, in many cases, they have second
00:47:12jobs while they're getting paid by us.
00:47:13So one of the reasons they're leaving is
00:47:15because they don't want to have to show that.
00:47:17And we're demanding to see that information.
00:47:20How many jobs have you had?
00:47:21Who paid you while you were working for the
00:47:23government?
00:47:24And we are demanding that people, if they work for
00:47:28the government, they have to show up and sit in an
00:47:31office and do their job.
00:47:32Right?
00:47:32And we've also effectively ended the left-wing scam
00:47:38known as USAID — the agency's name.
00:47:41It has been removed from its former building, and
00:47:47that space will now house agents from Customs and
00:47:51Border Patrol.
00:47:52Beautiful.
00:47:52And at the ultra-left CFPB — which was terrible.
00:48:00So many people have been hurt by that.
00:48:02I used to call — I used to get calls from lending
00:48:05officers, from owners of small banks, and they
00:48:09were almost crying.
00:48:10What they did to those people, they destroyed
00:48:12them, put them out of business.
00:48:13They established — it was established by
00:48:15Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren.
00:48:17Does anyone know?
00:48:18Remember the Pocahontas scam?
00:48:21I'm an Indian.
00:48:22Therefore, I'm entitled to be a senator.
00:48:25I'm an Indian.
00:48:26She said, Could we see proof of that, please?
00:48:30She said, Well, the only proof I have is my mother
00:48:33said I have high cheekbones.
00:48:34Oh, that's not — that's no good.
00:48:37Right?
00:48:38Remember, she went out.
00:48:39I really spooked her, I tell you.
00:48:41Remember, she went out.
00:48:42She couldn't take it anymore.
00:48:43She's calling her Pocahontas, Pocahontas.
00:48:45Everyone knew she was not an Indian.
00:48:47I had more Indian blood than her, and I have no
00:48:50Indian blood.
00:48:50I had — I'd be honored to, but I don't have any.
00:48:53But I had more than her.
00:48:54Do you remember?
00:48:55She went out, and she had a blood test.
00:48:58And it came back, and she was so happy because it
00:49:02said 1,024th.
00:49:05That means everybody in this room had more than
00:49:09her.
00:49:09But because there was even a scant — in other
00:49:13words, you know, 1 million years ago, something
00:49:15could have happened.
00:49:18And she was so happy that she released it, and she
00:49:20got killed.
00:49:21That was the end of her presidential career.
00:49:22She does not like me very much.
00:49:25But she's a — she's a very angry person.
00:49:27Do you notice the way she is?
00:49:28She's always screaming, and she's crazy.
00:49:32These people are crazy.
00:49:33The radical left is meaner.
00:49:36I don't know what it is, Doug.
00:49:37They're meaner than us, aren't they?
00:49:39We're like normal people.
00:49:41You know, we're smart.
00:49:42We get our word — but we don't go crazy.
00:49:44Of course, they'll take my little rant from 15
00:49:48minutes ago, the fake news.
00:49:50He lost control on the stage.
00:49:53He lost control.
00:49:54And they'll have me screaming, having to do
00:49:56with Franklin.
00:49:57Poor Franklin.
00:49:58He lost control of the stage.
00:50:00Oh, these people are bad.
00:50:01They are really sick, too.
00:50:04I don't get it.
00:50:05You know, you'd think they'd want to love our
00:50:06country.
00:50:07They have no ratings anymore.
00:50:08Nobody listens to them.
00:50:09Nobody believes the fake New York Times.
00:50:13Washington Post is doing no business.
00:50:16They're losing all their business.
00:50:17Nobody believes them.
00:50:19But we've escorted the radical left bureaucrats
00:50:21out of the building and locked the doors behind
00:50:23them.
00:50:24We've gotten rid of thousands.
00:50:26I withdrew the United States from the corrupt
00:50:29World Health Organization.
00:50:31I withdrew from the anti-Semitic U.N.
00:50:35Human Rights Council.
00:50:37The council is horrible.
00:50:39And I withdrew from the terror-supporting U.N.
00:50:41Relief and Works Agency.
00:50:43The U.N.
00:50:44has such great potential, but not the way it's run
00:50:46now.
00:50:47It's terrible the way it's run now.
00:50:49We stopped all taxpayer money to these corrupt
00:50:52institutions.
00:50:53And, by the way, just so, because who the hell
00:50:57knows, we've got to talk about something very
00:50:58important.
00:50:59The war between Russia and Ukraine.
00:51:02People are being killed, mostly young men, mostly
00:51:04Russian and Ukrainian men, at levels you've never
00:51:07seen before.
00:51:08Thousands of people a week.
00:51:09And I've spoken to President Putin, and I
00:51:13think that thing is going to end.
00:51:15But it's got to end.
00:51:16It's a horrible, horrible thing to watch.
00:51:20I'm dealing with President Zelensky.
00:51:23I'm dealing with President Putin.
00:51:26I'm trying to get the money back that — or
00:51:29secured.
00:51:29Because, you know, Europe has given $100 billion.
00:51:33The United States has given $350 billion because
00:51:42we had a stupid, incompetent President and
00:51:46administration.
00:51:47Three hundred and fifty.
00:51:49But here's worse.
00:51:50Europe gave it in the form of a loan.
00:51:53They get their money back.
00:51:55We gave it in the form of nothing.
00:51:56So I want them to give us something for all of the
00:51:59money that we put up.
00:52:01And I'm going to try and get the war settled, and
00:52:03I'm going to try and get all that death ended.
00:52:05So we're asking for rare earth and oil — anything
00:52:12we can get.
00:52:13But we feel so stupid.
00:52:15Here's Europe.
00:52:16And, you know, it affects Europe.
00:52:18It doesn't really affect us, except we don't like
00:52:20to see two things.
00:52:21Number one, how Biden got us into this thing on the
00:52:24first place.
00:52:26Terrible.
00:52:27But why is it that he didn't ask for equalization?
00:52:29Europe should put up more money than us.
00:52:31But even if you said the same thing, how come we
00:52:34went so far out front and he didn't know that Europe
00:52:37gets his money back?
00:52:38They did it in the form of a loan.
00:52:39We don't get our money back.
00:52:41We get nothing.
00:52:41So we're getting our money back.
00:52:43We're going to get our money back because it's
00:52:44not — it's not fair.
00:52:46It's just not fair.
00:52:49And we will see.
00:52:50But I think we're pretty close to a deal, and we
00:52:52better be close to a deal because that has been a
00:52:56horrible situation.
00:52:57It would have never happened if I were
00:52:59President.
00:52:59And, by the way, October 7th, Israel would have
00:53:02never happened if I was President, too.
00:53:04It would have never happened.
00:53:06Iran was broke.
00:53:08They had no money for Hamas or Hezbollah.
00:53:12They had no money to give.
00:53:14Everybody knows that.
00:53:15Jewish people in the audience know that.
00:53:17Iran was broke.
00:53:18They were not giving money around.
00:53:21And when I got out, they took all the sanctions
00:53:24off Biden, and Iran became rich very quickly.
00:53:27With oil, you can become rich very, very quickly.
00:53:30And the rest is history.
00:53:33What a horrible thing.
00:53:34Even though the hostages are coming back — I saw
00:53:37it this morning where we got six more back.
00:53:39Biden got none back, by the way, just so you
00:53:41understand.
00:53:41None.
00:53:42Zero.
00:53:43He would have never gotten any of them back.
00:53:45But they're coming back in pretty bad shape.
00:53:47It's a horrible thing.
00:53:48And many are dead.
00:53:49Many are dead.
00:53:50So we'll see how that all ends up.
00:53:52But it's a — it's a horrible thing.
00:53:54But I just want you to know we're working on
00:53:55that.
00:53:56That's a very big part of it.
00:53:57And I don't like talking about it because we're in
00:53:59the middle of negotiations.
00:54:01But it's — it's a very, very sad — it's a very
00:54:05sad — would have never happened.
00:54:07There was no way.
00:54:08Russia was never going to go in, and they went in
00:54:11because of a lot of reasons.
00:54:13And so many people are dead.
00:54:16Far more people are dead than you're reading about.
00:54:19You know, when they blow up all these cities, all
00:54:21those cities are — they look like demolition
00:54:23sites.
00:54:24Every single building is down.
00:54:25All of those beautiful golden towers that are a
00:54:27thousand years old, they're lying on the ground.
00:54:30And smithereens — blown to smithereens.
00:54:32There's nothing left of them.
00:54:34They're just lying on the ground, never to be
00:54:36rebuilt again.
00:54:37Not possible to rebuild them again.
00:54:40And all of that heritage is gone.
00:54:43People have done a really horrible job.
00:54:45That would have never — if I were President, zero
00:54:47chance that a shot would even have been fired.
00:54:51It wouldn't have happened.
00:54:52So sad.
00:54:53To further turbocharge our economy, we have launched
00:54:58the most aggressive deregulation program in
00:55:02any nation's history.
00:55:04And we're also going to be seeking the largest tax
00:55:07cuts in American history.
00:55:08Again, we — we brought them down, as you know,
00:55:13from close to 40 percent down to 21 percent.
00:55:15Now we're bringing them down to 15 percent, if
00:55:18you make your product in the United States of
00:55:21America.
00:55:22We're defending the American worker like
00:55:26never before.
00:55:26And that's why the autoworkers and the union
00:55:30workers and the Teamsters and so many others, they
00:55:33supported us.
00:55:34The firemen, the policemen.
00:55:35So many others, whether they were union or
00:55:37non-union, they all supported us.
00:55:39They supported — it's called workers.
00:55:41And they supported us at levels that nobody has
00:55:43ever seen before.
00:55:44Weeks ago, I imposed a 10 percent tariff on all
00:55:49goods coming from China because of the fact that
00:55:51they're sending fentanyl into our country.
00:55:53Through Mexico, by the way.
00:55:55I'm not happy with Mexico, or I'm not happy
00:55:58with Canada either.
00:55:59I imposed 25 percent tariffs on all foreign
00:56:02steel and aluminum.
00:56:03And I will soon impose reciprocal tariffs on any
00:56:07country that charges us.
00:56:09And, by the way, reciprocal means they
00:56:11charge us, we charge them.
00:56:12Same thing.
00:56:13So nobody can be upset, right?
00:56:15But we have countries charging us 200 percent,
00:56:18and we charge them nothing.
00:56:19They charge us, we charge them.
00:56:21Our country is going to become rich again, very
00:56:24rich.
00:56:25I always say it's my favorite word in the
00:56:26dictionary.
00:56:27The word tariff is my favorite word in the
00:56:31dictionary.
00:56:31You know, we were richest — the richest,
00:56:33relatively, from — think of this — from 1870 to
00:56:371913.
00:56:38That was our richest because we collected
00:56:41tariffs from foreign countries that came in
00:56:44and took our jobs and took our money, took our
00:56:47everything.
00:56:48But they charged tariffs.
00:56:50And we had so much money, they set up the
00:56:521887 — think of that, a long time ago — 1887
00:56:57Tariff Commission.
00:56:58It was a commission of very important people to
00:57:00determine where we should spend all of the
00:57:02tremendous, vast wealth that we had.
00:57:04We had so much wealth.
00:57:06Wouldn't it be nice today — of course, now we
00:57:08give it away to transgender this,
00:57:09transgender that.
00:57:11Everybody gets a transgender operation.
00:57:13It's just wonderful.
00:57:15No, we give it away, like, to crazy things.
00:57:17But in those days, it was different.
00:57:19It was a different world.
00:57:20It was a different country.
00:57:21But we were very rich because of tariffs.
00:57:24And I get myself in trouble because I say
00:57:26that tariff is my favorite word.
00:57:29And the fake news went crazy.
00:57:31What about God?
00:57:32What about wife and family?
00:57:35What about love?
00:57:37I said, okay, tariff is now my fourth favorite
00:57:40word.
00:57:41I got myself into a lot of trouble with that.
00:57:46You can't believe it.
00:57:48I said, tariff is my favorite word in the
00:57:50dictionary, and I got killed by the fake news.
00:57:53So I say now, it doesn't sound good.
00:57:55Tariff is my fourth favorite word.
00:57:57I go, tariff is my fourth favorite word.
00:58:00It sounds so terrible.
00:58:01But this way, I'm free.
00:58:02I write free, you know.
00:58:04I don't get clobbered by the fake news.
00:58:07But tariffs are also a powerful tool of
00:58:09diplomacy.
00:58:10And all around the world, they're moving quickly to
00:58:12bring back peace through strength.
00:58:14We have the greatest — you know, I rebuilt our
00:58:16entire military in the first term.
00:58:18We left a lot of it — although a lot of it, but
00:58:22very small, relatively — in Afghanistan.
00:58:26The Taliban has it.
00:58:27You know, they have their parade every year where
00:58:29they take our military vehicles and run them up
00:58:32some little street.
00:58:33And, like, it's their form of a military parade.
00:58:36And it makes me angry when I see that.
00:58:38Angry.
00:58:39When I see that, I get angry.
00:58:49You know, we give them — I don't think anyone
00:58:51knows this — we give Afghanistan about $2 or
00:58:55$2.5 billion a year.
00:58:56Do you know that?
00:58:57For aid.
00:59:00Aid.
00:59:01We need aid ourself.
00:59:02We give — and I'm going to go back, and I told
00:59:05them yesterday — I want to look at it, but if
00:59:08we're going to give them money, it's okay.
00:59:11But I want them to give us back our military
00:59:13equipment that they have.
00:59:14Right?
00:59:15They're selling it.
00:59:18Doug, would you take that, please?
00:59:20All right.
00:59:21Write something up.
00:59:22No, I want them to give back.
00:59:23If we're going to give them that kind of money,
00:59:24let them give back the military equipment, which
00:59:26they have.
00:59:27They have tanks and trucks and guns and goggles.
00:59:31They have goggles.
00:59:32They have night goggles.
00:59:34Better than we have.
00:59:34Brand new, right out of the box.
00:59:36It's unbelievable.
00:59:38So I want to do that, and I want the — if we're
00:59:40going to pay them, I want to get that equipment
00:59:43back.
00:59:44Okay?
00:59:44Doug can do it.
00:59:45He's one of the guys — he's a business guy.
00:59:48To him, he's sitting there saying, how the hell did
00:59:50this ever happen?
00:59:51Right?
00:59:51Can you believe it?
00:59:52We give them billions of dollars, and we gave
00:59:54them our military equipment.
00:59:57Just tremendous numbers of billions of dollars'
00:59:59worth of — billions and billions.
01:00:02We have a ceasefire in Gaza, and we're joined
01:00:05today by several survivors of the captivity under
01:00:08Hamas, including Noah Aghramani and Ilana
01:00:13Gretufsky.
01:00:14Gretufsky.
01:00:14Wow, look at that.
01:00:17How beautiful.
01:00:19What a beautiful group of people.
01:00:21Wow.
01:00:21Thank you very much.
01:00:32Thank you very much.
01:00:42And you're sitting next to a great guy, Sebastian Gorka, who's also now in the administration.
01:00:48From day one, right, Sebastian?
01:00:51He's been a loyalist from day one.
01:00:52We love Sebastian.
01:00:54Thank you very much, Sebastian.
01:00:55Thank you, everybody.
01:00:56That's very nice.
01:00:57Beautiful.
01:00:58We're going to make it work somehow, you know.
01:01:01We're doing the best we can.
01:01:02We started — it should have never happened.
01:01:04That's the sad part.
01:01:05Would have never happened.
01:01:06If I were president — and I should have been — if I were president, it would have
01:01:09never happened.
01:01:10But it did so.
01:01:12We're doing the best we can with it.
01:01:14Thank you very much.
01:01:16Also with us are family members of some individuals who are still hostages.
01:01:22And we will not rest until all of the hostages have been returned back home.
01:01:28Some of them are coming home in very bad condition, and some of them are coming home
01:01:34only as bodies.
01:01:35They're dead.
01:01:37We have a lot of them coming home now.
01:01:40They're dead.
01:01:41And these are largely young people.
01:01:42Young people don't die.
01:01:44Young people are young people.
01:01:46They don't die like this, but they're dead.
01:01:50And the parents come to me and they say, please, sir, could you get my son back?
01:01:54How old is he, sir?
01:01:55My son is dead.
01:01:58Just as important as if that son were alive to get the body back.
01:02:02It's amazing, actually.
01:02:04Amazing.
01:02:05Just as important.
01:02:14It's amazing, though.
01:02:17The parents — the parents are strong.
01:02:23I mean, look, strong.
01:02:24What does strong mean?
01:02:25Strong as their life is ruined.
01:02:27It's ruined.
01:02:28I see the people.
01:02:29But they come up to me, and it's so important to get the body back.
01:02:33They know.
01:02:34And some are not sure.
01:02:35They're 80 percent sure he's dead or she's dead.
01:02:39But they have that little glimmer of hope, and I say, let them have that hope, right?
01:02:43Let them have that hope.
01:02:44But getting the body back is just as important as getting the son back healthy or the daughter
01:02:49back healthy.
01:02:50It's amazing to see — when I see the level of intensity and love and sorrow and tragedy.
01:02:57As I said in my inaugural address, it's my hope that my greatest legacy will be as a
01:03:02peacemaker, not a conqueror.
01:03:05I don't want to be a conqueror.
01:03:11Under the Trump administration, every day brings more good news for America.
01:03:17I've ended all of the so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the
01:03:21entire federal government and the private sector, and notified every single government
01:03:30DEI officer that their job has been deleted.
01:03:34They're gone.
01:03:35They're fired.
01:03:36You're fired.
01:03:37Get out.
01:03:38You're fired.
01:03:39I made it the official policy of the United States government that there are only two
01:03:47genders, male and female.
01:03:51That was easy.
01:03:54I banned men from competing in women's sports.
01:04:02And I also proudly banned the use of — yeah, thank you.
01:04:09We banned the use of puberty blockers, hormone injections, and other chemical and surgical
01:04:15mutilation of your youth.
01:04:18Could you imagine making a speech like this 10 years ago?
01:04:21People would say, what the hell is he talking about, right?
01:04:25This is a sickness that came along with critical race theory and all of the other things that
01:04:31we had to put up with.
01:04:33And it's all out now, critical race theory and transgender insanity.
01:04:37It's all gone from our schools and from our military.
01:04:41And I believe it's gone, too.
01:04:44I think we've — we've turned the heads of even the people that — if you can believe
01:04:50they're believers.
01:04:51I don't know if they were, but I believe that it's all gone.
01:04:54And I've directed the reinstatement of any servicemember who was expelled from the armed
01:04:58forces due to the COVID vaccine mandate.
01:05:02They will be returned to their former rank with full back pay.
01:05:06Full back pay.
01:05:14I banned government censorship from your voices and brought back free speech in America.
01:05:25We have free speech.
01:05:26We didn't have free speech.
01:05:27We do have it now, actually.
01:05:29Now, this was a very vicious regime, you know.
01:05:32I was put under investigation more so than the late, great Alphonse Capone, one of the
01:05:38great killers of the world.
01:05:40Trump — my father would look down, my mother, how the hell did this happen to my boy?
01:05:45No, I was under investigation at a far greater level than Al Capone or anybody else, probably
01:05:50in the history of our country.
01:05:51These people are sick.
01:05:52They're sick.
01:05:53They're bad people.
01:05:55I ended Joe Biden's weaponization as soon as I got in.
01:05:59I said, I'm going to hit him with the same stuff.
01:06:02But I ended his whole weaponization of our government and removed his hand-picked, radical-left
01:06:09Marxist prosecutors from the Department of Justice.
01:06:12I was so happy to do that.
01:06:15They weaponized government.
01:06:18They weaponized government.
01:06:20I pardoned hundreds and hundreds of Biden's political prisoners, including Christians,
01:06:26pro-life activists, and the J6 hostages who were treated terribly for years.
01:06:42We even got rid of people like Pete Buttigieg, who did the worst job of anybody in the history
01:06:50of transportation.
01:06:51What a bunch of losers.
01:06:54I revoked the security clearances of Anthony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, John Brennan, James
01:07:02Clapper, and every non-patriot who lied to cover up Hunter Biden's laptop from hell.
01:07:09We took away their security clearances.
01:07:13And they're not allowed to enter any government building either.
01:07:19I also revoked Joe Biden's security clearances, the Biden crime family security clearances,
01:07:26and they'll no longer be allowed to access state secrets while selling themselves all
01:07:32around the world.
01:07:34Oh, well.
01:07:36Now these are bad people.
01:07:37These were bad people.
01:07:39And I do that because this should never be allowed to happen again.
01:07:42What happened to me in this administration, what happened on J6, what happened on all
01:07:47of the things they did that was so bad, should never, ever be allowed to happen again.
01:07:53And on a friendlier note, I renamed the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.
01:08:08And we are restoring the name of a great president, William McKinley, to Mount McKinley in Alaska.
01:08:20And as you know, many years ago, Jimmy Carter gave away the Panama Canal.
01:08:30And Panama started the process of giving the Panama Canal, by the way, the most expensive
01:08:36development ever in the history of our country, relatively, it would have been one and a half
01:08:42trillion in today's dollars, 38,000 people died from our country building the Panama
01:08:51Canal.
01:08:52They died from mosquitoes and snakes.
01:08:54Think of it.
01:08:55They paid them five times their salary.
01:08:58They brought them to Panama and they had a 25% chance of dying.
01:09:02They dug under nets so the mosquitoes wouldn't get them.
01:09:07But we lost 38,000, mostly men, laborers, construction workers, because it was such
01:09:12a harsh way to live.
01:09:15It was very brutal.
01:09:17They died.
01:09:1838,000.
01:09:19Again, it was the most expensive thing we ever built.
01:09:22And they gave it away for $1 to Panama.
01:09:29And last year, it made $5 billion.
01:09:30So that's one of the most successful projects ever built in terms of money, monetarily.
01:09:37And it's the eighth wonder of the world.
01:09:39It connects two oceans, with one being 16 feet higher than the other.
01:09:44Think of it.
01:09:45The Pacific and the Atlantic, think of what that is.
01:09:48You're going through dikes and canals, amazing what they did.
01:09:52It was really a wonder of the world.
01:09:54We gave it away for nothing.
01:09:56But we didn't give it to China.
01:09:59We didn't give it to China.
01:10:01We gave it to Panama.
01:10:02We're going to take back the Panama Canal.
01:10:10In a matter of weeks, we have restored America's pride, America's confidence, and America's
01:10:15spirit.
01:10:16According to a brand new poll from Rasmussen, the number of Americans who believe we are
01:10:22in the right track now exceeds the number who think we're in the wrong track.
01:10:27This is the first time in 23 years.
01:10:31That's hard to believe.
01:10:35And we had one poll where we're at 81 percent right track, wrong track.
01:10:40I guess it depends on who, but that one poll, because Rasmussen has been a good poll, first
01:10:44time in over 20 years that we've had a positive number on that.
01:10:49That's great.
01:10:50That's great.
01:10:51November 5th, 2024, will go down as one of the most important days in the history of
01:10:56our country.
01:10:57I'm pointing to Mike Lindell.
01:11:01That man suffered.
01:11:03That man suffered.
01:11:06The FBI thugs went up to him and they took away everything he had.
01:11:10He suffered.
01:11:11And Mrs. Lindell is a great guy.
01:11:23They went after him.
01:11:24It was just terrible.
01:11:25This was a vicious weaponization of your government.
01:11:29But he's all, I'll tell you, he stood up.
01:11:31He's all man.
01:11:32He stood up.
01:11:33He stood up strong.
01:11:35And nothing was going to faze him.
01:11:37And I want to thank you on behalf of everybody, Mike, you put up with a tremendous amount.
01:11:44And he never changed his mind.
01:11:46He said that election of 2020 was rigged.
01:11:50And he's more of a believer today than he was even four years ago.
01:11:55But now it's okay to say it, Mike.
01:11:58Now it's fine.
01:12:01Now, that's why, you know, when it comes to a day where you can't challenge crooked elections,
01:12:08we've got a real problem in this country.
01:12:10And as of January 20th, 2025, the dark days of high taxes, crushing regulations, rampant
01:12:18inflation, flagrant corruption, government weaponization, and total incompetence, those
01:12:24days are over, they're over.
01:12:29But we cannot stop now.
01:12:31We're going to push forward every single day.
01:12:34In the immortal words of that great American hero, Captain John Paul Jones, I have not
01:12:43yet begun to fight.
01:12:51And neither have you.
01:13:06So together for the next four years, we are going to stand strong.
01:13:11We are going to work hard.
01:13:14We are going to fight, fight, fight and win, win, win.
01:13:18Thank you to CPAC.
01:13:20Thank you, Matt.
01:13:22Thank you, Mercedes.
01:13:23Thank you very much.
01:13:24Thank you, everybody.
01:13:25God bless America.
01:13:26Thank you very much.
