00:00All right, marquee matchup tonight in the East. Now again,
00:02got to watch the injury report here as the Knicks have a couple
00:05of banged up players Cleveland eight and a half point home
00:08favorites total of two thirty nine and a half. So as we wait
00:12Gilbert to see if Ananobi and some others are going to suit
00:14up in this one.
00:15What do you make of this matchup?
00:18Eight and a half feels like a lot but I think we goes back to
00:20the fact that the Knicks played in overtime last night. Jalen
00:24Brunson played the least out of all their starters and he played
00:2638 minutes of action.
00:28Cavs took care of business last night. Both teams had to travel
00:31but the Cavs are going to be a little more rested because
00:33their starters didn't have as big of a workload. So this is
00:35a home game for the Cavs, a more rested team. Eight and a half
00:39feels like a lot but I do side with the Cavs tonight just
00:42because of those factors working in their favor.
00:45All right, Minnesota's on the road. They're taking on Houston.
00:48They've been fantastic all season long and Minnesota's got
00:50a propensity for winning a lot of these tight games. The total
00:53is two, 16 and a half. Any lean on this one tonight?
00:58You know, Anthony Edwards, somehow, just sees Houston on
01:01the schedule and gets up for it. Last two time, these two
01:03teams play, Anthony Edwards at 41 points and the time before
01:06that, he made a game winner against the Rockets. So looking
01:09to a big game for Anthony Edwards, been a little bit of a
01:11rough month of February for the Rockets. Maybe the all-star
01:15break did them some good and maybe they'll take it a little
01:17more personally and have a game plan to shut down Anthony
01:20Edwards, but I wouldn't sleep on him having another big
01:23performance against the Rockets. Although he did miss the
01:26all-star game with a groin injury. So that's something else
01:28to keep an eye on. I'll probably lean Rockets in this one
01:31just because of the groin injury, Anthony Edwards.
01:34All right, on the road, the Warriors playing better basketball
01:36three-point favorites at the Sacramento Kings, who I never
01:40can figure out. Total, two, 35 and a half. Golden State,
01:43clearly the better team here, but they make these spreads
01:46for a reason, Gilbert. It's only three. What do you make
01:48of it?
01:49I think the big thing here is, can the Warriors, the small
01:53ball lineup they've been employing with Jimmy Butler now,
01:55can they keep DeMontis a bonus off the boards? That's where
01:58the game will be decided. But I do think the Warriors are
02:01the better team. They've had some success against Sacramento
02:04this year, specifically Steph Curry. One of the times they
02:06played had a pretty big game. So the way Jimmy Butler's
02:09been playing and the way Steph Curry has played off of him,
02:11Steph Curry re-energized with Butler on the side and coming
02:14off of a all-star game MVP. I like the Warriors tonight.
