00:00SIM cards from the Philippines and other countries are counted among those arrested by the raid of Pogo Umano in Paranaque.

00:07More than 450 people were arrested there, including almost 150 refugees.

00:19The warrant of arrest for a Chinese fugitive was issued by the PNP-CIDG,

00:26the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Bureau of Immigration,

00:29the DOJ Office of Cybercrime, and PAOC,

00:32the three branches of a house in the Bay Area of Paranaque City.

00:36The target was also part of the illegal Pogo operation,

00:40which is why the B.I. carried out the mission order.

00:43146 refugees, most of whom were Chinese, were arrested,

00:48including the man with the warrant for the fraud.

00:51307 were Filipinos.
