00:00House Prosecution Panel once again claims that the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte was well-studied and not hasty.

00:10The House of Representatives is also in favor of the Senate's support for the petition filed in the Supreme Court, which is in the process of starting the impeachment trial.

00:24Angelic, in the midst of various petitions in the Supreme Court up to the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte,

00:35the House of Representatives is also waiting for the outcome of this petition, not only in the Supreme Court, but also in the Senate.

00:45The House Prosecution Panel is in favor of the fact that the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte was well-studied and not hasty.

00:58This was followed by a group in the Supreme Court filing a petition that questioned and pushed to stop the impeachment against the second president.

01:08Just yesterday, Vice President Duterte filed a petition for certiorari and prohibition with urgent application for a temporary restraining order in the Supreme Court regarding impeachment.

01:21The House Committee on Justice Vice Chair Gervie Luistro, which is part of the 11-man House Prosecution Team,

01:28has denied the right of each person who filed a petition in the Supreme Court, but...

01:33These seven articles of impeachment that we filed in the impeachment complaint, I wish to submit that it was well-studied, well-thought, and the evidence that can be used is balanced,

01:52in line with the impeachment process.

01:55Currently, the Supreme Court has also commented on the separate petition that pushes to start the impeachment trial against the vice president.

02:05In a letter, Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel also formally requested this to Senate President Francis Escudero.

02:13He is also supported by Senator Regisa Ontiveros, but the Senate Majority Bloc...

02:19We will just wait, with all due respect, for the reply of the Senate President.

02:25But as we speak, there is a Supreme Court hearing going on and there is a second case filed stopping the impeachment trial.

02:37All of these are sub judice if we speak, so we will also wait for the result of the hearing of the Supreme Court.
