00:00We are very happy, as Indonesians living abroad, because today is one of the most historical
00:10days for Indonesia. We are celebrating our Independence Day, which happened 75 years
00:15ago, 17 August 1945. Certainly, the nuance is a little bit different compared to the
00:24previous years. As we might know, because of the COVID pandemic, we have to adjust the
00:29way of celebrating this independence. This year, unlike previous years, we are celebrating
00:35indoors. Nevertheless, the spirit of having the patriotism, nationalism, as well as an
00:44international community, how to contribute to the rest of the world, especially for Indonesians
00:49living here in the United Arab Emirates, we are also part of this community. We are hoping
00:55that by celebrating this Independence Day with these circumstances, it still reflects
01:02the spirit of having the betterment of the Indonesian people, both domestically as well
01:12as overseas, as well as certainly to be part of the community in the United Arab Emirates.
01:20We can contribute also to this activity, living in this country.
01:31My message to our community, always keep our good position and contribution to this country.
01:43For that reason, you can be part of the Indonesian people, representing the Indonesian tradition
01:50and values to the rest of the world, especially in this country.
