00:00Berhad National Petroleum and Berhad Sarawak Petroleum will work together to ensure the

00:11However, it has not been confirmed that the interest of Sarawak will continue to be prioritized

00:15throughout the cooperation between the two gas companies.

00:19In a statement today, Abang Johari said, the existing contract that is approved by Petronas

00:23and its subsidiaries will not be affected, allowing Petronas to fulfill the obligation

00:28of the domestic and international contracts.

00:31He also emphasized that the implementation of the existing contract cannot affect the

00:35role of Petros as a gas aggregator and is not in conflict with the order of the

00:392016 Gas Procurement Ordinance.

00:42Yesterday, ANUO informed the people that the United Nations and Sarawak government

00:47agreed to allow Petronas and its subsidiaries to maintain all existing contract obligations,

00:53both domestic and foreign.
