00:06And prior to kick-off, that's the result Hull maybe would have taken. Some fans would have argued a win was necessary with the Tigers,
00:13very much embroiled in a championship relegation battle. Derby County suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Queen's Park Rangers last night,
00:19handed a huge opportunity to Hull to pick up a win today and boost their survival chances.
00:24It didn't quite happen for the Tigers. They started really brightly. Ruben Sellers, he's been very much on top early on in the game.
00:30Matt Crooks gave Hull the lead, sweeping home from a Louis Coyle cross. After some really neat build-up play.
00:37Joe Gelhart was very impressive, playing out on the right flank, currently on loan from Legion.
00:41I had a really bright display from him. Louis Barry made his first league start over on the other flank.
00:45Not quite as involved as Gelhart. But Hull basically couldn't maintain control of the game.
00:52Norwich got back into it. It was a really shaky start from the Canaries. Defensively, they were all at sea.
00:58But when they got ticking, you could really tell that they have talented individuals, certainly in the final third.
01:04Hull lost control of the midfield at times. Regan Slater put in a good performance, but it wasn't quite enough to make sure that Hull had control for the full 90 minutes.
01:15When you allow players that Norwich have the quality that they have, when you allow them space, when you allow them time to play, there's always a chance that it's going to come back to bite you.
01:24The equaliser came from Josh Sargent. He swept home from a Kellan Fisher cross.
01:29A lot of Hull fans weren't paying too much attention to that goal as the move was progressing.
01:35A squirrel made its way onto the pitch and was running just behind Fisher before he swept the cross in for Sargent to finish.
