00:00We are launching the program called TAMUH, where we are trying to target hiring U.E.

00:13National Fresh graduates.

00:14So we are planning to hire around 18 U.E. Nationals in the coming month, so we can focus

00:19on their training and establish a good foundation for their understanding in the banking career

00:24in different kinds of fields and departments, including risk management, credit, HR, marketing,

00:30compliance, audit, and many other departments where it's not easy to find U.E. Nationals.

00:34It is our goal to set a good foundation of good U.E. Nationals to enable, to achieve

00:40memorization within the bank.

00:42Skills that we look at, especially when you are hiring fresh graduates, definitely resilience

00:47to be able to work under pressure, effective communication, it's very important when you

00:52are working in any professional organization, and analytic skills and problem-solving are

00:58among the important problem-solving skills that any bank will look at, especially at

01:03United Arab Bank.

01:04We have many vacancies, almost 40 to 50 vacancies, not only here in Sharjah, but we are working

01:09also in Abu Dhabi projects, in Al Ain project, which is new, Dubai, Ajman, all over the U.A.E.

01:16The position that we have, 40 to 50 positions all over the U.A.E.

01:20Currently we are looking for chemical engineers, which are working in the waste-to-energy project

01:25that we have here.

01:27Also the support functions, also here in the HR, in our education programs.

01:32We also have training programs for fresh graduates, not experienced, which is called RISE program.

01:38They apply to us, to our portals, to our career fairs here.

01:41They will have a test.

01:43They will have an interview for our committee.

01:45Also the head of department will be there.

01:47They will do a final presentation for us.

01:49After they pass all this, they will be deployed in this RISE program, which comes to 10 to

01:5320 candidates in each program.

01:55They will be deployed in this program.

01:57It will take 12 months.

01:59They will be rotated in different departments, but at the end, as their background, as their

02:03experience, they will be finally, like for final 4 to 5 months in the specific department.

02:09When they pass, they will be deployed.

02:12So we have these different programs for non-experienced people.

02:15I graduated from Al-Arqam School and the careers I'm looking for is to join the army and serve

02:23my country.

02:24I'm looking for any job except high school degree because I'm studying and I search for

02:31a job.

02:32And I'm interested for any companies will give me any job or something making me interested.
