00:00Today, the factory you visited is where we produce all our dates and date ingredients,
00:25which include date paste, date syrup, date powder.
00:28In the last year, we've processed around 86,000 tons of dates, and we export this to over
00:3379 countries as of today.
00:36We've just inaugurated the future expansion of our new dates factory.
00:41As you can see here, that's the old factory and the new one over on the right side.
00:46And this will allow us to easily double the size of our production capabilities, especially
00:51on the ingredients front.
00:54Year on year, we're seeing an easy 30-40% demand for date ingredients, especially with
01:00the whole movement of eating healthy, eating clean, no added sugar, and that's helped a
01:04lot for our date ingredients to move.
01:08And of course, we're delighted to be in Dubai Industrial City, they've been very supportive.
