00:23The NHS is a godsend for people in the UK, and it does have problems.
00:29I believe both the Labour Party and the Conservatives, for years and years,
00:34have defunded it to try to move over to a private system like we have in America.

00:48And then by the time you get there, sorry, no appointments today.
00:51Ring back tomorrow. That's happened three days on the trot this week.
00:54Like, Friday, Monday and yesterday.
00:57And it's a lot of time that you spend waiting, isn't it?
