00:12Tuesday as the Dubai Shopping Festival began. The UAE's value-added tax, which will add
00:175% to most goods and services, takes effect from January 1.
00:21DSF kicked off with a 12-hour sale at selected malls in the city, offering discounts of up
00:26to 90%.
00:27Aung San Suu Kyi avoided discussing reports of Rohingya women and girls being raped by
