00:23Dubai Canal will include shopping malls, four hotels and 450 restaurants and is expected
00:28to attract 22 million visitors annually. The 2 billion dirham project will be ready

00:35The UN Security Council has urged Syria to allow cross-border aid deliveries and called

01:03trial on charges that include opposing the monarchy. At least 13 militants died in northwest
01:08Pakistan when the Taliban launched a gun and suicide attack against a rival group, officials
01:13said.
01:14It was a lackluster night for the two premiership giants from Manchester at the UEFA Champions
01:18League last night. Manchester United had to settle for a point after a 1-1 draw at Shat-Donesk,
01:24while City were humbled 3-1 by reigning champions Bayern Munich.
01:28Katherine Jackson has lost her case against AEG. She accused the promoter of being responsible
01:33for Michael Jackson's death by negligently hiring Dr Conrad Murray. After a five-month
01:38trial, a jury found that AEG hired Murray but said he was fit and competent to serve
01:42as a general practitioner to Jackson.
