Individuals illegally rent out PPR and PA units for profit, says Dr Zaliha

The Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Feb 12) was told that some individuals are illegally renting out People's Housing Programme (PPR) and Public Housing (PA) units to third parties for profit.  Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories) Dr Zaliha Mustafa said the issue is being addressed through periodic surveys conducted by local authorities. 01:36a firm action against the tenant.

01:40The owner can rent it, no problem.
