00:09Syrian government forces have retaken a third of rebel-held territory in Aleppo,
00:13forcing nearly 10,000 civilians to flee as they press their offensive to retake Syria's second-largest city.
00:19In a major breakthrough in their push to retake the full city,
00:22regime forces captured six rebel-held areas in eastern Aleppo over the weekend,
00:27including Masak and Hanano, the biggest of those in eastern Aleppo.
00:30It is the largest exodus of this kind from east Aleppo since 2012.
00:35President-elect Donald Trump made unsubstantiated claims of serious U.S. voter fraud
00:40and said millions of people had cast their ballot illegally,
00:43offering no evidence for the assertions he put forth on Twitter.
00:46Trump's shock path to the White House saw him fall short of his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in the popular vote,
