00:12The UAE will in a few weeks chart a comprehensive plan to ensure the country's future economic
00:16growth beyond oil, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and
00:21Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has announced. A ministerial retreat which
00:26will also include officials in federal and local governments as well as economists will
00:31discuss ways to shift the economy away from oil as well as possible future scenarios in
00:36various sectors, Sheikh Mohammed tweeted on Saturday. Despite the slump in oil prices,
00:42the UAE announced a 48 billion dirhams budget with a zero deficit for fiscal year 2016.
00:49Iran says it has opened a new chapter in its ties with the world, hours after economic
00:54sanctions on Tehran were lifted. On Saturday, International Nuclear Watchdog, IAEA, confirmed
01:01that Iran had complied with a deal designed to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons.
01:06Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said the deal did not harm any nation, but Gulf and

01:17the region.
01:19President Barack Obama signed an emergency declaration Saturday that clears the way for
01:23federal aid for Flint in Michigan, which is undergoing a drinking water crisis. The White
01:29House also said the Federal Emergency Management Agency will coordinate all disaster relief
01:34efforts to alleviate the hardship and suffering of residents. The tap water in Flint became
01:40contaminated after the city switched from the Detroit water system to the Flint River,
01:45the corrosive water of which caused lead to leach from old pipes in homes and schools.

01:56international runs during his innings against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground
02:01on Sunday. Kohli, the captain of the Indian Test team, had another feather added to his
02:06cap when Team India regained No. 1 spot in the ICC Test rankings following South Africa's
02:12loss to England in the third test at Johannesburg.

02:21the singer's husband, Rene Angelil. Daniel, 59, died Saturday, surrounded by his family
02:27in Quebec after battling cancer for several years. The Dion family is remembering a gentle
02:32and reserved man of many talents, a statement said.
