01:48can pass through the EDSA busway,

01:52Senate President, House Speaker, and Supreme Court Chief Justice.

01:55According to the DOTR, due to their operation in EDSA,

01:58the number of private vehicles that pass through the busway is reduced.

02:02But...

02:03The only ones left are the heads of the agencies,

02:08the high-ranking officials.

02:10They don't comply with the regulations of the busway.

02:17They are forced to do so due to their duties.
