00:34The road was flooded in Maitum, Sarangani, and there was a big truck that was hard to cross.

00:42In Tuguegarao City, a bridge that was flooded was closed.

00:48According to the forecast, three weather systems are now operating in the country.

00:53North-East Monsoon or Hanging Amihan is raining in Northern Luzon.

00:57The shear line is also returning in hot and cold winds.

01:02While the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITZZ is declining in a large part of the country,

01:08and it is raining in some parts of Luzon, including Visayas and Mindanao.

01:13According to the Metro Weather, it will rain for almost a whole weekend in the whole country.

01:17According to the Special Weather Outlook of Pag-asa,

01:19there is no sign of a typhoon or bad weather that could occur in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:26But it is good because there are still showers in the evening of the new year until the first day of 2025.

01:34It is possible for it to rain and there are scattered showers,

01:37especially in Eastern Visayas and Mindanao because of the ITZZ.

01:42The shear line will affect Cagayan and Batanes.

01:46The chance of a thunderstorm in the remaining part of the country is not going away.
