A man was killed in a hit-and-run incident on Audley Road, Stechford, Birmingham, on February 9 at around 9:10pm.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, the victim, a male pedestrian, was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Midlands Police are searching for the driver and urging them to turn themselves in.
Detective Sergeant Rich Evans has appealed for witnesses and anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward, while roads in the area remain closed for investigation.
