Police in Taiwan's southern city of Kaohsiung investigating a series of suspected murders and dismemberments of three women in their seventies have found a hand believed to be from one of the victims. A 73-year-old man surnamed Chang was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of killing at least one of the women. Investigators found blood in his apartment that connected him to the two other missing women.
