00:00We're here today at Feel Good Fest at Goldsworth Park. The aim of the event is to bring the
00:10community together and to teach people about how to improve their mental health and well-being.
00:18So we've got lots of free activities for the community today, all based around things that
00:22support your mental health. So encouraging people to get outside in nature and we've
00:28got these beautiful surroundings with the lake. We've got a sea planting exercise that's
00:33sponsored by RHS Wisley, which is encouraging people to grow their own at home. And then
00:39we've also got lots of activities indoors, which is lots of crafting and mindful exercises,
00:46learning breathing techniques and lots of local partners supporting us to let people
00:52know what's available to them locally. Bring positivity and make sure that everyone's feeling
00:58good and positive and happy because winter can be a difficult time for people for their
01:03mental health, which is why we're sort of promoting anything that's good for your well-being today.
