00:00Good afternoon, it's Monday the 27th of January 2025 and here are the latest transfer headlines from across Yorkshire.
00:07Aston Villa's Louis Barry has been linked with a clutch of clubs since the end of his loan spell at Stockport County.

00:27And over at Sheffield Wednesday, the Owls have been linked with Stuart Armstrong. He was a player linked with the Owls and their Steel City rival Sheffield United back in the summer.
00:35He moved to the MLS to join Vancouver Whitecaps, penned a two-year deal, but reports have suggested that Wednesday are looking at a deal for the Scotland international.
00:44And this month, talk of Leeds United, i.e. Emi Wendier at Aston Villa has resurfaced, but he is reportedly nearing a move to the Bundesliga.
00:52Reports have suggested that Bayer Leverkusen are in advanced talks about signing the Argentina captain's playmaker on loan.

01:26And back to Sheffield Wednesday, obviously a very quiet window so far for the Owls.
01:30So there is a lot of talk of players they're looking at late in the window.
01:34They've had defender Rio Hatouze training as part of the squad, leading fans to wonder whether he could be offered a deal.
01:40And reports have suggested that Wednesday are now looking at signing him.
01:44They are said to be in negotiations over a deal, but it is thought that they will face competition for his signature.
