00:39what is really happening in the West Philippine Sea.
00:42It also aims to dispel the rumors of China regarding disinformation.
00:47The issue of Unclosed Arbitral Award and the position of the Philippines
00:51has to be disseminated to everybody.
00:54Not even a lawyer can actually explain to you the position of the Philippines
00:59with regard to Unclosed and the 2016 Arbitral Award.
01:03The Department of Education also agreed to the circulation of the comic book
01:09containing information on the nation's position in the West Philippine Sea,
01:14the laws under the Unclosed and the explanation of the 2016 Arbitral Award.
01:19The Education Secretary, Sunny Angara, gave a speech to support
01:25the information and awareness campaign of NPFWPS and PCG in the West Philippine Sea.
01:32He was really excited on how the Department of Education can support
01:38the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea
01:41in disseminating information about the West Philippine Sea.
01:45When it comes to the funds used for the creation and printing of the comic book,
01:50Tariela clarified that the government did not use any funds
01:54because the private donors spent the funds for its creation.
