00:16Most Merciful.
00:17Ladies and gentlemen, peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings, and His forgiveness.
00:21The program is about Shariah and issues related to Fiqh and Hanafis, God willing, will be
00:27discussed.
00:28In the previous program, I mentioned a sister's issue.
00:31She was from the neighbouring country.
00:32She says that when my son was about to be born, his mother-in-law had taken a vow that
00:37she would not cut his hair for a year.
00:39When he would be a year old, I would take him to the shrine of Nizamuddin Auliya
00:44and cut his hair there.
00:46Now, after three months, the child had an infection in his head.
00:50The doctor has said that he should remove his hair and apply cream.
00:53Now, my mother-in-law says that if we cut his hair, it will become a mess.
00:57She weeps and asks Nizamuddin Auliya to forgive her.
01:06I have explained this to you in the previous program.
01:10But I said that we should talk a little more about this.
01:13There is a thing called Shariah.
01:16This is a promise that we make to Allah in the matter of worship,
01:22from which any worship is obligatory or obligatory on us.
01:27For example, Salah is obligatory on us.
01:29It is obligatory.
01:30It is obligatory.
01:31It is obligatory.
01:32It is obligatory.
01:33Eid prayer is obligatory.
01:34Now, if someone makes a two-rakat prayer,
01:36if he makes a promise to Allah that I will offer two rakat prayer for your sake,
01:42or if he says that he will offer it on Friday,
01:45then it becomes obligatory to offer this prayer.
01:48Now, it has to be fulfilled.
01:50This is a Shariah prayer and it is proven by the Akabirs.
01:53It is also mentioned in the Qur'an.
01:55Another is Urfi prayer.
01:57Urfi means that it has become common in our society.
02:00Shariah does not teach it.
02:02For example, some people go to shrines and say that if I do this,
02:06then I will offer ten rakaat on this shrine and feed the poor.
02:10Some people believe in the prayer of a sheet,
02:12which has no value at all.
02:14But if you believe in the prayer of feeding,
02:18then it is called Urfi prayer.
02:20It is not Shariah prayer.
02:21Shariah prayer is when a person makes a promise to Allah.
02:24In today's age, we also say about Urfi prayer that people should be careful.
02:31You see, the greatest power is of our Lord.
02:35Say in the presence of Allah,
02:37that Allah, I will feed you for your sake.
02:40Now, wherever you feed,
02:42feed the poor, that is fine.
02:45Now, the third thing,
02:47which has no proof,
02:49and has no benefit at all,
02:51meaning that neither the poor benefit,
02:53nor by inventing something new,
02:56and if I call it innovation,
02:58then it will not be wrong at all,
02:59that I will cut my hair after a year.
03:01The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
03:03on the seventh day,
03:04gave the order to cut the hair of his grandchildren,
03:07and asked them to donate silver equal to the weight of their hair.
03:11And we, in order to defame the names of the saints,
03:15should work against their names,
03:18and then we should think that we are those who love.
03:21You should believe that if these saints come out,
03:23after hearing such things,
03:25they will never be pleased with you.
03:27They will never discourage you.
03:29Rather, it is possible that they will turn away with anger.
03:31That leaving Shariah,
03:32neither the words of Allah,
03:33nor the words of the Prophet,
03:34nor the words of the Qur'an,
03:35nor the words of Hadith,
03:36By making us the basis,
03:38you have invented such things.
03:41So what have you done?
03:43This also defames the saints.
03:45People have negative thoughts about our Akabirs.
03:49Do not do this at all.
03:51It does not make any difference.
03:52Cut the hair of the child,
03:53apply cream etc.
03:54It does not make any difference.
03:55And remember,
03:56when you believe in such a custom,
03:59even if you do not fulfill it,
04:00even if you do not do it on purpose,
04:01you will not be a sinner.
04:03Similarly, no one will be upset with Sahib-e-Mazar.
04:06If you say for Ahl-e-Bayt-e-Atahar,
04:08by making them the basis,
04:09no one will be upset.
04:10Absolutely no one.
04:11If there is,
04:12then bring proof.
04:13So these are made up for no reason,
04:15that if we do not do this,
04:16then as the mother-in-law is saying,
04:17it will go upside down.
04:18No one will go upside down.
04:20The fear that you have,
04:22is it ever so much of fear of Allah's grip,
04:25of the field of society,
04:26of accountability,
04:27and after getting involved in such innovations,
04:30how will you respond to it?
04:33In the field of society,
04:34has the fear of this ever arisen so much?
04:36No.
04:37So this means that,
04:38something has gone wrong.
04:40Good scholars,
04:41come close to Islam,
04:42and take guidance from them.
04:45Then as they guide you,
04:46follow according to that,
04:47which I am requesting you to do.
04:49Follow this.
04:51It is said that,
04:52in our country,
04:53a woman is considered impure for a quarter of a month
04:55after the birth of a child.
04:56She is made to rest.
04:58If she goes to the kitchen,
05:00then considering her impure,
05:02the kitchen is not only washed,
05:04but a new color is made on the walls.
05:06Then after 40 days,
05:07she takes a bath,
05:08and lives a normal life.
05:10What will be the judgment?
05:12See, I have explained to you many times,
05:14that actually,
05:15the biggest responsibility was of the head of the house,
05:17that he teaches the basic problems to his family.
05:21But if he does not teach,
05:22then there is a problem.
05:24Remember that,
05:25the bleeding that occurs after the birth of a child,
05:27is called Nifaas.
05:29There is at least no duration for this.
05:32If after a day,
05:33the bleeding stops,
05:34the woman waits,
05:35and he does not come in the whole day,
05:37then after washing,
05:38it will be necessary to start the prayer.
05:41Now if within 40 days,
05:42the man comes again,
05:43then no problem.
05:44All the days that have passed,
05:46they will all be counted as impure.
05:48But because the woman did not know,
05:50she considered herself pure,
05:52if she prays or fasts in that,
05:54then she will not be a sinner.
05:56And suppose,
05:57that if the bleeding did not stop in a day or two,
06:01but continued,
06:02and continued for 40 days,
06:04then this 40 days will be Nifaas.
06:06Now suppose,
06:07that the first child was born,
06:09and within 10 days,
06:10the bleeding stopped,
06:12then this is considered as a woman's habit.
06:14This should be noted,
06:15when the first child is born.
06:17Or among other sisters,
06:19if the child was born last year,
06:21note the date of birth,
06:23note the days,
06:24how many days Nifaas came.
06:26Now suppose,
06:27on the birth of the next child,
06:2910 days,
06:30like the last child came,
06:31it crossed 10 days.
06:32Then we will say,
06:33the habit has changed.
06:34But while continuing,
06:35it crossed 40 days.
06:37So if a woman's habit is already known,
06:40it is known,
06:41that is,
06:42it is present,
06:43then understand that
06:44Nifaas will be for 10 days,
06:46the rest of the days,
06:47it will be the blood of the disease.
06:49What does this mean?
06:50That she does not have to pray for 10 days at all,
06:53because she was impure.
06:54But when after 10 days,
06:56the blood crossed 40 days,
06:58then it was proven,
06:59that 10 days was only Nifaas,
07:01the rest was the blood of the disease.
07:03Therefore,
07:04Namaaz of all these days will be performed.
07:06Now the elders of our house,
07:07as you have said,
07:08most of them do this.
07:09They got problems from their elders,
07:11they got problems from their elders.
07:12They did not bother to ask the scholars.
07:15If the child becomes pure in a week,
07:17they say to her,
07:18you are not pure,
07:19you are impure,
07:20you will be impure for 40 days.
07:22The rest of the three weeks of Namaaz,
07:24she performs Qaza.
07:25And in one day,
07:26there are six Namaaz,
07:27Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib,
07:28Isha and Witr.
07:29This is considered to be a constant Namaaz.
07:31Now you can guess,
07:32that if you multiply 21 by 6,
07:36how many Namaaz,
07:37this causes to perform Qaza.
07:39Sometimes,
07:40if it stops in seven days,
07:42and the great sin,
07:44and to consider it halal and tayyab,
07:46Iman is in so much danger,
07:47there is no limit.
07:48If our old ladies are listening,
07:50then instead of telling us,
07:52worry about your Akhirah.
07:54Because you will die soon.
07:56The sins you committed,
07:58against the teachings of Allah and His Messenger,
08:02the rebellion you carried out in your ignorance,
08:05you will have to pay for it.
08:07So, repent in the presence of Allah,
08:09and take out this bid'ah from your house.
08:11Such a child's appearance is completely pure.
08:13It is not such an impurity,
08:14that it can be removed.
08:15She can knead dough,
08:16she can cook,
08:17wherever she goes,
08:18she will remain pure.
08:19That place will remain pure.
08:21Similarly, the dress she is wearing,
08:22if there is no blood on it,
08:23that dress will also be called pure.
08:25So, this is the meaning,
08:26that we are doing Khurafat.
