00:33This came after public concerns about the bill while they maintained that the prevalence of adolescent pregnancy is an issue

00:41That must be urgently addressed some of those who withdrew their signatures are Senators JV

00:47Ejercito, Cinzia Villar, Nancy Binay, and Bongo

00:50Many are calling for a further review of the bill before we pass it along

00:54Of course, we also heard the clamor of our countrymen that even the president raised certain issues against the bill
