00:46seven Senators signed the committee report of the Panucala.

01:01I am not in favor of any committee that will damage the value of the family

01:07and the dignity of the faith of our fellowmen.

01:11Eighteen Senators signed the committee report.

01:15Senator Riza Ontiveros, who has a Panucala record,

01:19said that the fellow Senators who signed for the Panucala withdrew.

01:23But in the middle, they said that the zero to four-year-old masturbation is in the bill.

01:30Anal sex, oral sex, and any other concepts that are not suitable for children.

02:29If the Congress will pass a law, they will follow it as an implementing agency.

02:34There is a law that we need to teach sex education under the RH law,

02:42productive health law, and HIV-AIDS prevention.
