00:00I'm not going to comment on speculation, but what I would say is this, when the last government
00:06faced difficult decisions about whether to support infrastructure investment,
00:10the answer always seemed to be no. And we can't carry on like that, because if we do,
00:14we'll miss out on crucial investment here into Britain. So number one mission of this government
00:21is to grow the economy. You've already seen a number of decisions, including on Stansted and
00:26City Airport, on energy projects, on transport infrastructure, because we are determined to
00:32grow the economy. Well, the chair of the Competition and Markets Authority resigned.
00:37He recognised that it was a time for a reset of the Competition and Markets Authority.
00:43This government has been really clear that regulators, of course, need to regulate for risk,
00:48but they've also got to regulate for growth. That is why growth is our number one mission,
00:53and the regulators need to be part of that agenda as well.
