00:00Yesterday, the police asked the organisers to rally on Saturday to ask for permission from the Prime Minister before the rally.
00:12Yesterday, the PSM asked if the government had any plans to ask for Soko's permission before the rally.
00:22We have to look at it from the perspective of order and law.
00:29I remember there were many occasions where the crowd in Padang Mermuk asked for Soko's permission.
00:41There were many considerations, and as Dato' Sy Saifuddin has said,
00:47all of these considerations were taken into consideration whether Soko's permission would be granted or not.
00:54But if one or all parties want to cause a ruckus,
01:00at this time, the law clearly states that there needs to be permission from the landowner.
01:07If the landowner does not grant permission, then it violates the law.
01:13So we ask that all Malaysians, regardless of their political views,
01:19always abide by the law.
01:23Would you urge the Home Minister to provide support in order to provide space for the rally?
01:32I can't urge the Home Minister to take any company, for example.
01:42Or I can't force the Home Minister to use a private 5G slice.
01:53I can only say, and this goes back to the consideration of the agency,
01:58that we are not crossing the line in that regard.
