00:00The Philippine Golf Prodigy, Rian Maliksi, has just won the Asian Tour 2025 Season Opener, the Philippine Open,
00:08which will be held from January 23 to 26 in Manila's Southwoods Golf and Country Club in Carmona, Cavite.

00:20After receiving the 3rd place in the Australian Master of the Amateurs, the Philippine Golf Prodigy and World Amateur Rank No. 3, Rian Maliksi, will return to action this week.
00:34Maliksi will play as a Women Amateur Golfer in the Asian Tour 2025 Season Opener, the Philippine Open, which will start tomorrow and end on January 26.
00:46Although she will be able to face the best male golf players inside and outside the country, Maliksi will not back down from this challenge.
01:16Maliksi will also share her preparations before playing in the Philippine Open.
01:47At the age of 17, Maliksi made a name for herself in the international amateur golf scene.
01:54It should be noted that last year, two successive United States Golf Association Tournaments were hosted by Maliksi.
02:02Maliksi won the 2024 U.S. Girls Junior Championship in July, while she also won the 2024 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship in August.
