Calvin Bailey experienced a problem that very few other speakers at the Commons can say they've had, a bout of the giggles. The Labour MP tried to shake off a laughing fit as other MP's around him could be seen giggling whilst he was speaking at the House of Commons. The Speaker of the House offered him to take a second to compose himself which he politely refused before finishing off his speech. Report by Faragt.
