00:00You all saw it, a pretty incredible rookie year.
00:04You know, Bo, Bo was a pro the minute he walked in the building for
00:06Rookie Minicamp.
00:08You saw the poise throughout the season, poise beyond his years, poise, you know,
00:12for a rookie, just the leadership, you know, he was a captain, he was a rookie,
00:17and that's tough, and man, the team embraced him, you know, and so
00:22you just look at that, the intangible piece, and then you look at the talent,
00:26what he did on the field, you know, a lot of the games looked like they did at
00:28Oregon, very accurate, you know, can process, makes quick decisions,
00:32he doesn't put the ball in harm's way too often, third, at least sacks,
00:38you know, we talked about that all through the draft process, you saw the arm,
00:42he's got really good arm talent, and so I think the thing that you search for
00:47through the draft process is he never flinched, you know,
00:53we'd be behind in games, we always came back, didn't always win them,
00:57we're always looking for that it factor, I talked about it with you guys
00:59previously, and you go to Kansas City, that tough environment,
01:03he brings us back in field goal range, the Raiders, you can name a bunch of games,
01:07Cincinnati, I mean, that's a tough place to play, and Bo, man,
01:11he raised the level of everyone around him, and so I feel like he has that it factor,
01:15things he needs to work on, the coaches will get with him, he knows he has a lot
01:19to work on to get to where he wants to be, and he has, that's his mindset,
01:23I mean, he's been here, you know, it's like, Bo, you gotta take a little break,
01:26he was here today, he was here yesterday, and so
01:29I'm sure he'll get away from it and then jump into it.
