दिल्ली: उत्तराखंड में वक्फ बोर्ड के मदरसों में तहतानिया और फौकानिया की पढ़ाई पर रोक लगाने के फैसले पर कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता राशिद अल्वी ने प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह फैसला संविधान के खिलाफ है और अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता है। संविधान के अनुसार अल्पसंख्यकों को अपने धार्मिक संस्थानों को चलाने और अपनी धार्मिक शिक्षा देने का अधिकार है। यह फैसला बीजेपी की तानाशाही को दर्शाता है और संविधान के मूल्यों के खिलाफ है। वहीं, राशिद अल्वी ने आगे कहा कि यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड का मुद्दा एक लंबे समय से चर्चा में है लेकिन अभी तक यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि केंद्र सरकार इस मुद्दे पर क्या चाहती है। अगर यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड लागू करना है तो इसे पूरे देश में एक समान तरीके से लागू किया जाना चाहिए न कि केवल कुछ राज्यों में।
