Police have arrested a man on suspicion of driving against traffic and causing a collision involving three other vehicles on Jalan Chain Ferry in Butterworth last Saturday (Jan 18).
Seberang Perai Utara District Police Chief ACP Anuar Abdul Rahman said the 28-year-old driver was arrested at 4pm on Sunday (Jan 19), and initial urine tests confirmed the suspect was negative for drugs.
