ପ୍ରତି ବର୍ଷ ଭଳି ଜାନୁଆରୀ ମାସରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଚିଲିକାରେ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା କରାଯାଇଥାଏ।  ଚିଲିକା, ଭିତରକନିକା ଓ ହୀରାକୁଦ ଡିଭିଜନରେ କାଲିଠୁ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା।
