00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development launched their program,
00:04Walang Gutong sa Bayan ng Pototan at Batad, Iloilo na Makakatulong sa Mga Bata.
00:10The details are reported by Rhena Dagoon of IBC 13.
00:16To ensure that no child will sleep hungry and no family will be left behind,
00:21the Department of Social Welfare and Development also launched their program,
00:26Walang Gutong sa Bayan ng Pototan at Batad, Iloilo.
00:30The first to receive P270 family beneficiaries' food assistance through their EBT card,
00:38which amounts to P3,000 each with an allocation of P870,000.
00:45The Walang Gutong program ensures that no child will sleep hungry and no family will be left behind.
01:06How? Yes.
01:09And there is no community that will stop or stop because we need to fight against poverty and malnutrition.
01:26So, this is the first and the only one of the institutions that has a Walang Gutong program.
01:35These families are part of 14,173 poor families or low-income targets in the province of Iloilo and Antique
01:46with 10,406 beneficiaries in Iloilo and 3,787 in Antique.
01:55Among the chosen beneficiaries is the family of Tatay Erwin.

02:17with a Sustainable Livelihood Program Association to ensure that the program is implemented properly.
02:24The Iloilo and Antique program also includes a P42.57 million food credit for 42 towns in Iloilo,
02:34including Lungsod in Iloilo and Pase City.
02:38The Walang Gutong Food Stamp Program is an important program that helps Filipino families
02:43to have enough food and to avoid hunger and to improve the health of every Filipino.
