00:40So the female students get the benefit of it.

00:44But the male students don't get it.

00:48But in Delhi we see that many students,

00:52most of the students use the metro.

00:56The metro is Delhi's lifeline.

00:59And the metro has become very expensive.

01:02A common student finds it very difficult to afford it.

01:06The metro is a 50-50 venture between the Delhi government and the central government.

01:11If there is a profit, it is 50-50 share.

01:14If there is a loss, it is 50-50 share.

01:17The capital investment is also 50-50 share.

01:22So I have written a letter to the Prime Minister today.

01:24I have written that we should give 50% concession to the students in the metro fare.

01:33And because of this, the expenditure that will come,

01:36due to giving the population,

01:38that expenditure should be shared between the Delhi government and the central government in the ratio of 50-50.

01:45This is a matter of public interest.

01:48There is no politics in this and there should be no politics.

01:51And I hope that for our children, for the youth,

01:55the Prime Minister will definitely accept this.

01:58And after the election is over,
