00:32was to bring the warrior culture back to the Department of Defense.

00:40on lethality, meritocracy, war fighting, accountability, and readiness.

01:16and this committee to, one, restore the warrior ethos

01:21to the Pentagon and throughout our fighting force. In doing so, we will
