00:00A group is hoping to reduce the number of road accidents in EDSA.
00:05In a moment, it will limit the total rehabilitation, which is seen as a solution to the ongoing problem of road accidents.
00:14According to Augusto Lagman, a trustee of the Automobile Association of the Philippines,
00:19accidents are limited because of the bad condition of the road.
