00:00Multimillion projects of the government, a big help for farmers and hog raisers in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.

00:15The project, which was funded by the Department of Agriculture for farmers and hog raisers of Barangay Karabalan, Himamaylan City, in Negros Occidental,
00:29was formally funded by the DA Negros Island Region and Himamaylan City LGU, the Swine Multiplier Farm and Technodemo Farm, worth P10 million.
00:41This is under the Integrated National Swine Production Initiatives for Recovery and Expansion, or INSPIRE Program,
00:48which will help hog raisers in their rise to the brink of African Swine Fever.
00:55Aside from this, the DA-NIR will also start the construction of a P140 million farm-to-market road in the so-called barangay under the Philippine Rural Development Project.
01:07The project, which is 5.7 kilometers long, is expected to speed up the travel of farmers and their products from and to the markets.
