02:46And I am talking about clusters.
02:48Clusters mean that there will be a requirement for one type of sector.
02:52They should get training schools.
02:54If they want to build housing facilities or schooling facilities for their workers,
03:00they should get a common infrastructure where all MSMEs and SMEs can use the cluster.
