01:45Do our two deployments remain the same or is there a plan to change the two deployments
01:49in the future?
02:21So, firstly, I will take on Sandeep's question which is on the IBG.
02:45As you are aware, IBG what we are working out is basically restructuring a particular
02:52strike group.
02:54Now, when we look at it, it has some financial implication.
02:58Also, it has implication in terms of equipping as well as the human resource.
03:05It has taken a long period.
03:07It is in the final stages and we are hopeful as of now as I speak to you, the presentation
03:15have been given in the MOD of all the decision makers, the presentations have been given.
03:21Few queries have been raised.
03:22We are hopeful because this is the first special purpose vehicle as far as the restructuring
03:27is concerned.
03:28And if it goes through, others will also follow suit.
03:32Timeline is difficult to give because wherever the bureaucracy gets involved, it will take
03:39time.
03:41So, we are hopeful by year 2025, we will either create this IBG or we will cancel this project
03:47completely.
03:50Coming on to the next question, Ajay has asked questions about the troops deployment along
03:57the northern front.
03:59Like I told you that troop deployment is directly dependent on the trust factor.
04:08And tangentially, I had told you about the capabilities which have been created.
04:14And troop deployment or the infrastructure development is dependent on the capability
04:21on the other side, not on the presence of troops on the other side.
04:26So, as of today, the capability entails that we should continue to maintain this kind of
04:32troops.
04:34We have two kinds of deployment called the summer deployment and winter deployment.
04:39Definitely during this winter deployment, the number of troops come down.
04:44So, therefore, at least in the winter strategy, we are not looking forward to any reduction
04:49of troops.
04:51When it comes to the summer strategy, we will take a review based on that time, how many
04:56negotiations, conferences and meetings have taken place.
