00:08Drone Powered Stock Counting System is a system where
00:11we use drones to do cycle count or stock counting in warehouses with pallets.
00:18When I found out that my son had the opportunity to choose InnoVotron,
00:23I felt that what he did was a good suggestion
00:27because so far in my experience, we do stock counting manually.
00:33Every time we have to use the restruct, go up,
00:36carry one by one, have to write by hand,
00:39there are problems with wrong writing, wrong counting.
00:43So I've been through all this for a long time.
00:46So when he said the idea was to make a stock count using a drone,
00:49I supported him and my company,
00:52and I hope that he will continue to support us

01:08how stock counting is done in the warehouse
01:12using our system, Air Stock Audit.

01:31The previous stock counting took a few days,

01:47that uses drone technology integrated with computer vision technology,
01:53a technology under the A.I. branch.
01:55Second, we have also developed a specification,

02:05Our system is also able to process the data in the stock
02:11to be compared with the inventory data in the system
02:15to issue an automatic audit report.

02:32which is, first, autonomous drone navigation,
02:36that is, the drone can fly by itself to every worker in the warehouse

02:43Second, advanced computer vision technology,

02:49to control various products.
02:53Third, battery swapping mechanism
02:55to be used with drone technology.
02:58And finally, and most importantly,
03:01precision location tracking,
03:03that is, we can identify the location of every stock in the warehouse.

03:13I saw when you were flying the drone,

03:33But for the operator, he might miss it, right?
03:37Yes, the drone can make mistakes.
03:40That's why we implement real-time inventory tracking,
03:43not batch processing.
03:45So, in real-time inventory tracking,
03:47the operator only needs to sit in front of the monitor,
03:49and when the drone is scanning,
03:51he can see if there is any missing stock.
03:54So, at the same time, we can continue to note if there is anything.
03:58And we are also developing a feature
04:01that if there is a missing stock,
04:03in the Excel sheet that we provide,
04:05there will be a yellow indicator, so that we know.
04:07So, there is no need to take pictures,
04:09no additional cost for the cloud or database.
04:15Well, by audit, they have to observe how it is done,
04:19then they pick samples and go check.
04:22So, they don't necessarily do the stock take themselves one by one.
04:26They observe everything and then they will go sample.
04:30Sampling is just a small sample, right?
04:33If they do it electronically like this,
04:35they actually have to audit the system.
