00:00I feel creatively sometimes you need to tell the story the way you want. Portray yourself
00:16which no one has portrayed you the way you wanted to look on screen or fight on screen
00:22or deliver lines on the screen. So I just thought of writing this film Fateh, directing
00:29myself and try to create a world which I always imagine myself in. So yes, Fateh is
00:35one of the most special films of my career and I hope Kis Fateh Ki Fateh Zaroor Ho.
00:45I promise to live up to those hopes. I have given almost close to two and a half to three
00:50years for this film, writing it, prepping for it and the way it was designed, the whole
00:55film. So I have realized all these years after doing close to 80 to 90 movies that
01:02if you want to make a good film, it needs time. It needs time in the prep. It needs
01:06time while shooting. It needs time doing the post also. So Fateh will always be one of
01:12the most special films because it's something which came out of a lot of personal experiences,
01:17some real incidents and it's got, it's riding on high on emotion or the real stories of
01:23people who suffered during COVID, especially from all the cyber frauds.
01:35Of course, you know, I think when you're behind the camera, you can visualize the world that
01:38you want to create in front of the camera. And when you're living the character in front
01:41of the camera, you know, you can do whatever you want. So yes, it's not an easy job to
01:47direct yourself. Though it was the first time thing which I did for myself, but yeah,
01:53it's, it's, it's a very special experience, I would say.
02:02I've registered close to 750 FIRs across the country for all the people who are trying
02:06to reach out to me for help. And they went through some kind of cyber frauds. But like
02:12I said, you know, these people are very smart, they find a new vertical to make it happen.
02:18Every time a new thing will come and you have to shut that window. So only way to safeguard
02:25yourself is about the awareness and you have to be careful when you're using all the social
02:31media apps and your mobile phones. So I think that's the only way to survive. And I'm glad
02:37that people are getting more aware about all what is happening around you.
02:49I feel blessed, I feel somewhere the prayers of my parents are doing the trick. My mom
02:56always used to say the beautiful line in Hindi, ki sonu apni zindagi kalam mein duaon ki siyahi
03:02daal le, phir dekh tera naam panno par nahi, aasman par likha jaayega. So I think blessings
03:07is something that we need to honor. We always run behind, you know, buying expensive cars,
03:12the best of livings. But when you are blessed as an individual, and you feel, you know,
03:19people have some kind of hope from you, and you can change your life. I think there's
03:22nothing more special than that. That's bigger than any 500, 700 crore box office numbers.
03:28So I, every single day, I thank Almighty for making me connected with the common man.
03:34And I think there's nothing more special than that.
