00:12They think that after 26th November, we have defeated them.

00:16And now they don't want to do anything.

00:20And if they can't defeat us by disturbing our government,

00:27This negotiation, that negotiation.

00:29Half of the leaders say that we are doing indirect negotiations with the establishment.

00:33The other half says that we are negotiating with them.

00:35They can go and ask whoever they want.

00:37They can ask whoever they want and give an answer.

00:39There is everything.

00:40If you are doing indirect negotiations with the establishment through them,

00:45and this is the front, this is the proxy, you can call them a proxy,

00:49then the biggest issue there is mistrust.

00:53How will that mistrust end?

00:56Even though they recorded a statement of Busha Bibi,

01:00that I am addressing the leaders,

01:02that if we come back, there will be no vengeance, no revenge.

01:07So the real issue is mistrust.

01:09Whatever negotiations we are seeing, we are seeing.

01:12How will that mistrust end?

01:14I think that the establishment is taking very big steps.

01:22And now the establishment, especially after the events of 26th November,

01:30its thinking is not the same as it was a year and a half ago.

01:39I am saying this because these things will be revealed in the next few days.

01:45Negotiations are taking place between the political leaders,

01:49because repeatedly their leaders expressed the desire that we want to do negotiations,

01:57and they invited us.

01:59And the offer that was not accepted at that time,

02:04but when the situation came to the point that the bullet was fired on 26th November,

02:09and after 26th November, two things were in great danger.

02:13One was Farm 47, because if the future of Pakistan is the democracy of Farm 47,

02:18then no party has to go to the people.

02:21There will be elections for Farm 47, and because of this,

02:25the democracy cannot flourish, nor can it be nurtured in Pakistan.

02:32The second thing is the right to protest, which Article 16 guarantees.

02:36If there is political force, today it happened with PTI,

02:39tomorrow this Noon or People's Party wants to protest on this same D-Chowk.

02:43So this example has been established.

02:45Tomorrow or the day after, it can happen with any other party,

02:48because the precedent has been established.

02:50This means that the political forces in Pakistan should also refrain from the right to protest.

02:55The third thing is that there has been a great upheaval in the international world of Pakistan.

03:00The state and the government adopted a position,

03:03which was rejected by the bodies, by the documents.

03:06Now the gist of all this is that now the internal political forces,

03:14their leaders, are not happy with these instruments.

03:19They are also not happy with this democracy.

03:22They are happy if there are no protests.

03:26But the democratic people who are sitting in Farm 47 are ruling.

03:30The democratic people cannot be happy.

03:33Even if they have nothing to do with any party,

03:37they cannot be happy with the negative democratic measures.

03:42One thing I would like you to remember is that

03:46in these demonstrations,

03:49until a few days ago,

03:53we thought that the government's demonstration team,

03:59under certain instructions,

04:02has adopted a strategy that is not showing the same enthusiasm

04:07that they have shown in the first one or two sessions.

04:10The reason for this is that

04:13they are looking at the interaction between us and the establishment

04:18which is not visible and is not happening.

04:21They are looking at it with suspicion.

04:24They may not want to come out.

04:27If there is any reapproachment,

04:30they will be eager for a mechanism like Mr. Rana said.

04:34These negotiations, I am being asked to take a break,

04:37these negotiations did not start out of the blue.

04:40One day, Imran Khan came to their house and said,
