00:00There's also not a golden candidate out there. There's a golden tape, but there's not a golden candidate for this job
00:08I think Ben Johnson is here's what I that's why I don't let him leave the room. Here's what I mean
00:12I I don't mean specifically
00:15Ben Johnson or any of them. I mean that with every single candidate we can look at them and go well
00:22It's not quite Goldilocks. Like you can look at Ben Johnson and go he's never been a coach before
00:28What does he look like when he doesn't have Dan Campbell or Aaron Glenn looking over his shoulder
00:32For guys that have been head coaches before like Vrabel and and and like Kingsbury we go
00:37Well with with Vrabel it didn't really end well in in Tennessee
00:42And he he might not be from a personality fit
00:46He might not be someone who can actually get the players to like them and play for him hard and with Kingsbury you go
00:52a lot of failures
00:54Inside of there when things were set up for him to be in a much better place
00:59All I mean is that any one of these guys we can nitpick the resume
01:05That's all I'm saying about there's no golden can absolutely even Ben Johnson
01:10Like I I have a lot of faith that he's going to succeed
01:13But I would understand anyone going. Well, are we sure it's him? Uh-huh
01:18And you know, there's a bunch of people texting in asking that question speaks
01:23Why are you so sure and Ben Johnson as opposed to Joe Brady or Liam Cohen and we'll talk about it down the road
01:29But I've talked to some people very close to Ben Johnson and have sourced some of that stuff earlier on in the season and we'll do
01:35So hopefully more in the offseason. I think that guy does have the leadership characteristics and personality to be a head coach
