दिल्ली : चुनाव आयोग ने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया है। मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में ईवीएम पर उठ रहे सवालों पर बड़ा बयान दिया। उन्होंने कहा, "हम लोग बहुत बार ईवीएम के बारे में बात कर चुके हैं, लेकिन आज मैं फिर से ये सब पब्लिक डोमेन में डालना चाहता हूं। इतनी शंकाएं पैदा करने की कोशिश हुई है कि पब्लिक को पता चलना चाहिए। चुनाव की तारीख से 7-8 दिन पहले ईवीएम को तैयार किया जाता है, एजेंट्स के सामने उसमें चुनाव चिह्न डाले जाते हैं। उसके बाद उसको मॉक पोल करने की छूट होती है। वो उसी दिन मॉक पोल करके देख सकते हैं कि वोट ठीक पड़ रहे हैं या नहीं। उसी दिन उसमें नई बैट्री डाली जाती है और सबके सामने सील की जाती है। उसके बाद ईवीएम को उन्हीं के सामने स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में जमा किया जाता है और सील लगाई जाती है। मतदान के दिन उनके सामने ही सील तोड़ी जाती है...। कोर्ट ने भी कहा है कि ईवीएम हैक नहीं हो सकती है। ईवीएम की पूरी प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी है...।"
