00:24It's just residents ringing and ringing and ringing and not getting much answer as there's a part coming.

00:32Somebody says it's from Italy and somebody says it's from Germany so I don't know where the part is actually coming from.

00:37There's a lot of confusion on when it's going to come.

00:40I've just let the other neighbours, they've just been ringing and ringing and ringing.

00:51There's one lady I know that she's on her own with a small baby and a small child.

00:59You said that you come down and your husband can't make himself feel secure.

01:03She's coming down on her own because she can't bring all the kids down.

01:07And fill bottles up and get herself back in a tiny lift because the lifts aren't big at all.

01:13The other block, the end block there, is out of order.

01:16So imagine coming down there, down the stairs with the water.

01:22It's horrible. It's annoying.
