The Court of Appeal will hear the case on Jan 6.

00:00So, in view of all the statements issued by AGC and Stana Negara, will you, as the councillor of Najib, consider to file a new pardons request?
00:13Well, at this moment we have no instructions, but I can tell you that because we are pursuing the addendum, which is a subject matter of the pardon application,
00:27it is a consequence of the pardon application. So, if we cannot do another pardon application, then we will be accused of doing multiplicity of proceedings.
00:37That will endanger our current application.
00:41So, in a nutshell, you are going to let whatever court's proceeding to complete first, and then you will decide?
00:50Yes, that is the current instruction I got from Najib.
00:55So, after January 6th, then you will decide whether...
00:59Yes, after this decision concluded, then I will take on another view.
01:07Whether you need to put in a new application?
01:11Correct.
01:12Or push it to the federal court?
01:13Correct.
01:15Councillor, can you comment on UMNO's decision to cancel the rally this Monday? Have you communicated with Mr Najib about...
01:21No, you know why? That's political. Nothing to do with legal. I let the politician decide on the political matters.
01:28Because if I get involved in that, it will be, you know what the Penang Malay said? What is that? Caca Marbar.
01:35True.
01:36But, just in case the appeal denied this Monday, what are you going to do about it?
01:42Appeal to federal court?
01:43Yes.
01:44Okay? We won't let go.
01:46Okay.
01:47Alright.
01:49It's impossible from the perspective of compromise.
01:53But if that happens, as is believed through the events related to the Titah Agenda issue,
02:04if it happens, then it will be the saddest stage for our country.
02:13And the impact is the loss of confidence, which is the most prominent in the minds of the people.
02:23To the respect, to the senior citizens.
02:30When I say this, I'm not alone. I'm sad.
02:34Because the impact is too big.
02:37To recover the impact, it won't take a single citizen.
02:42Maybe not 10 or 20.
02:44So, this is why every party that holds the chair must carry out their responsibilities with confidence, honesty and sincerity.
02:54Which can only be done if the chosen one is firm.
02:59And the second, the chosen one must allow the chosen one to carry out the work firmly.
03:07Both sides are important.
03:10The thing of mercy is not open to judicial process.
