00:00Two people were arrested for stealing motorcycles in Quezon and Laguna, one of which is a minor.

00:17According to the CCTV footage of December 17,

00:20a man crossed the road in Quezon to get his vehicle on the other side of the road.

00:26It was a parked motorcycle that he simply drove and quietly crossed the road.

00:34Usually, when they see a motorcycle that they will take,

00:37they will first look around.

00:39They only rode one motorcycle, three of them,

00:41and then a suspect came down to get a parked motorcycle on the road only.

00:48After almost two weeks,

00:50he was arrested and another one at the border of Louisiana and Cavinti in Laguna

00:55by the Barangay Tarod and Police.

00:57While escaping, they flattened another motorcycle in Cavinti.

01:02The police discovered that they were also the ones who stole the motorcycle that was caught in Quezon.

01:08The motorcycle that got away was the one that was stolen on the road.

01:12One of them is a minor.

01:15When they called and reported that the motorcycle was stolen,

01:18they identified that the motorcycle that was stolen was the motorcycle that was stolen by two men.
