Full Video: The real Goal dissolves you along the journey to the Goal || Acharya Prashant, on Swami Vivekananda
Transcript
00:00As long as the goal is not tremendously big, life has no real purpose.
00:06If your goals are small, they are no goals.
00:08You'll be frustrated if you don't achieve them.
00:10And you will be doubly frustrated if you achieve them.
00:13Having achieved them, you will find that the next goal is waiting for you.
00:17And that is deep frustration.
00:18You will feel as if all your investment in reaching up to the first goal has totally
00:22gone down the drain.
00:24Give yourself a goal that is the final one.
00:26Give yourself a goal after which no more goals will be needed.
00:30Give yourself a goal after which the goal setter himself will be no more.
00:36That goal can only be that of your total annihilation.
00:39Let me disappear.
00:41Let me surrender myself to something so worthy that it deserves my total sacrifice.
00:48Unless your goal is that magnificent, that worthy, that tremendous, you will be just
00:53frustrated.
